I contacted Austin Bucher through Yelp to have a couple small dents removed. He asked for a video of the job, sent it to him and in minutes, I received a VERY FAIR quote. $700 less than other body shops, who wanted to sell me a new quarter panel. Through texting, we arranged a date and time. We arrived a little early, he met us, talked about what he would do and we left confident that it would be done and in a timely manner. ALL was done EXACTLY how he said it would be and when we received the call to come and get the car, the estimate was actually reduced. Told Paul I was at work downtown and he agreed to take a look at my vehicle. I let him know i park in a parking garage and he told me it wouldnt be a problem. I had to call and ask when he would be available because they never give you a time and just randomly show up. If you are meeting someone at their place of work, its considerate to at LEAST provide a time frame and at LEAST confirm if the time is ok. He sent me a texted estimate after he assessed my vehicle and i told him i wanted to get another estimate for comparison purposes. He flipped out, said the offer was off the table and hung up on me. AMAZING! These guys know what they're doing. So glad I found them online. My car was a hit & run and Paul fixed it up for maybe a third of the cost. They're method is super quick and easy. I texted a picture of my dent and got a fast response w the estimate. They come to you as well. Approx time fix was about 2 hrs. They are efficient. So grateful I saved $1500 from a collision center. I absolutely hate driving on I-4 not only because of the traffic, but the road debris. And today, I had something fly up at my hood and put a sizable dent in it. Not sure what is going on with this company but I'm very disappointed. On Jan 23 we contacted via phone Paul regarding the car estimation - he asked to send a photo via text so he can estimate the cost. We got a reply from him saying to contact Julio. We contacted Julio (Jan 25)and he got back to us on Monday providing with the estimation but we never got a time and date to repair the car. From Jan 25 we called Julio couple times trying to set up a time and date but every time we call him he will say "I will call you back within one hour" He never called back. On Thursday Jan 28 I called him again- he said because the weather is better to wait until next week and to call him on Sunday (Jan 31)so he can provide me with his schedule. I called on Sunday (Jan 31) and his phone was OFF- I left a message but he never called back. I called on Monday (Feb 01) and LM- the same thing no call back from him I also called Paul (Feb 01)and ask what is going on with Julio.( he was the one recommended Julio) Paul asked me to send him my info so he can forward the info to Julio. I haven't heard from either Paul or Julio I wasted more than a week with this company trying to schedule an appointment...and nothing read more
