Over the last six years I have been increasingly happy and impressed with my primary care physician but also with every other person from the person who draws blood to the nurses, the billing department, and specialists. My husband also has the same doctor and, sadly, he has had skin cancer, prostate cancer and full removal, a hip replacement, two knee replacements, lots of physical therapy, and some other issues. She was super knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and relatable in a way only a friend or family member could be...all the while on the computer! Thank you, Jessica, for telling me how to press the mask to my nose avoiding the steamy haze, and your remarkable skill with the lab needle. Referrals were prompt to specialists and necessary. There weren't any unnecessary tests or appointments. I am and advocate for my health care and that is respected. If I'm not able to advocate, they work respectfully with my representative. Have there been changed...yes. Have they all been for the good....Is that all in the Doctor....No.! They are not gods. It's truly amazing what they must know to help everyone. I for one would not be here if its wasn't for my NP and Doctor.

This is an incredibly disorganized and unprofessional office. Their automated system is a…read morenightmare, they literally have two menus that they send you through for the same options. But worse than that is how rude the staff is and how difficult it is to try to get in for an appointment. They gave me the run around for over a month trying to get my daughter in for much needed treatment. They didn't return phone calls and changed providers and canceled appointments on us without notice. They need to get their act together. All I want is help for my daughter and this is how they treat people.
