The problem is this. I tried to explain I must have misplaced that card no bad deal right ? WRONG INSTEAD of confirming my name to the records in the notebook, what is shown that I was signed up for the program? These ladies were rude to me and told me it's their policy isn't that convenient for them so instead of paying 50% off I was charged $10 for one garden ornament for three dollars should've been $1.50 and a cup of sand in a specimen cup for $1.99 and some aquarium rocks that were $1.99 also they could've gave me a 50% discount but no they charge me $10 for something that should've been five if that, I might be wrong here but all they had to do is confirm my name in the notebook and everybody could've had a nice day but no they ruined my day The stuff is so overpriced there and when I went back to the manager's office, she was not willing to meet me halfway she stood there and said nothing. She was holding money in her hand, like it was more important to her seriously, I can't make this up these people say they're here to help they're not. I know karma will come back around for people like that.
