We first talked with Steve during the 2020 pandemic year, when we first thought of purchasing a property. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions - even with the uncertainty of how the real estate market was in 2020. He also did loans and it was great to have to just work with one person on real estate and loan questions.
