They don't refund your money if you LEAVE EARLY IN THE MONTH THAT YOU PAID FOR, even if you provide PROPER NOTICE. They gave me written info that they keep people money even if they leave early. They even give you unspoken of charges to keep your deposit. Coming from a family with professional cleaners and leasing experience. If you miss a spot when you vaccum, you get charged for cleaning. On top of that, they charge you for a brand new rug. Does that even make any logical sense? They sent this too me too, like it made any sense. When I moved in, white spots where on the rug that was not even new. And even was told that I didn't have to pay during the walk through. Balderdash! Get Out!".

No visitor parking at all, and barely enough for the tenants themselves. Lots of freeway noise and continuous on-site maintenance. This is a Portland ownership group, folks, and they want Portland money. Simple as that. I found the "human" element to be sorely lacking here; all these people want is money. They even gig you on the way out, as I scrubbed the place from top to bottom and still lost $200 of my security deposit to "general cleaning." That's not happened to me in 45 years of renting different venues. It's a soulless place. Find something else.
