So he didn't listen to me and didn't make me feel good about having that talk with him. This church could also use more of a biblical foundation on things. Stone and wood, kinda cold if you know what I mean, but the stained glass is amazing and beautiful. Has the main chapel above, with the daily mass chapel underneath. It has a low ceiling and is pretty amazing itself. Look back at the interior front as you enter. We attended for a few months in 2022. Padres and services were ok-to-good. Attendees across the Philadelphia spectrum, with several young families, students from Penn and only a few oldies. Low attendance. Never close to being even 1/4 full. We were there during a refurbishment fund drive and it was a little overwhelming a few weeks, way to much emphasis, again, if you know what I mean.

They do a ton of things with families here, so if you have kids, they usually have something for them. Once a month they have a children's mass where the kids go to the rectory for kids activities. They also have movie nights and tons of activities for people of all ages. The church is stunning! It is in the shape of a large cross. We love sitting in the back behind the alter, especially with our 3 kids lol! Everything about the church is beautiful! The pews, the alter, the stained glass! All beautiful! Other than that, everyone is very friendly! If you are looking for a Church, I highly recommend

The church itself is beautiful, with lots of intricate details, and rich history. Their wedding coordinator Jean is super warm, calm, well-organized, and welcoming. They have a byo-Priest policy which worked out nicely for us because my childhood parish priest was able to officiate. They also offer a quarterly "wedding music open house" where their organist, singers, violinsts, etc. play some of the liturgical music options. That was a pleasure to attend with my mom and fiance and a nice way to keep the focus on the ceremony in the midst of all the other wedding-planning-details. We were able to choose songs we loved and Chesley from their music department was super organized and easy to communicate with (plus a great singer!).

The church is much more beautiful in reality than in the film.
