Blane and Tommy always spend time with my mom when she is there, and I know my mom is safe when they are there. I went to visit his grave and noticed that it was unmarked, and apparently had been for the past 12 years. Brent Peeples and the team at Riverside were great. They helped me confirm the burial location and helped me obtain a military headstone for my grandfather who served as a Corporal in the Marines in Korea. I find peace in knowing that there is now a physical marker in honor of my grandfather, and I enjoy swinging by to visit his marker and remember him.

I met with Bill Ciavarelli who professionally handled everything to the last minute detail. The building in Ambler is the nicest of all funeral homes in the area and meticulously maintained inside and out. The viewing ran off perfectly. Every Detail for the church was handled and I did noting but talk to Monsignor for a few minutes. The Cemetery procession was again professional At the end Bill surprised me when he said he notified the luncheon restaurant we would be arriving soon. How much the did for me that was not expected. The small puddle of water would have been an easy clean up. The only son of the deceased went to go take care of it but someone working for this group told them they had it covered. I did actually witness this part. I forget how the conversation came up but a couple months ago the son of the deceased told me he was sent a $75 clean-up fee for that. That is a classless move. Did you tell him you had it covered to score an extra $75 or do you think $75 is what you should charge someone to clean up a puddle of water after you mislead them with a quick casual rest assured "I got it." Either way that was a classless move and showed a sincere lack of respect. I am sure you can figure out who was billed for this and give them their money back. Shame!

They are very efficient. they have the details at their finger prints and know what they are doing. When this hits a family the last thing ANYONE is thinking of is what type of wood to make the casket out of or what particular flowers you want. I mean yes you want that stuff BUT you don't think clearly, that is what they do. They help you sort out the muddle and help make it all happen. The down side was availability. yes they made it happen and they were out of sight pretty much at the service and just a little too out of sight. when I had questions it was a hunt to find someoen and rather more to the point there was soemthing i wanted to drop off after the planning meeting but before the funeral and making daily stops at the office no one was there. I was told there was a phone number to call but I was at the back door and saw nothing-that's where the parking lot is, and the idea of no one there gave the place, in the words of Dashiel Hamnett "A sort of vacant feeling" but other than this they were very good and hopefully it will be a LOONG time before we need their services but I'd have no problem going back

My experience with Holy Sepulchre was a nightmare from February until early May. I needed to…read moreconfirm whether there was room for my brother in a cremation only plot where my parents are buried. Before he died, it was his wish to be with our parents and he seemed sure that there was room for him. Just in case, I contacted the cemetery because I did not want any conflict to arise when the "at-need" time came. I became frustrated as the month of March arrived. I began to receive marketing emails from the company that operates and manages the cemetery on behalf of the salesperson. That prompted me to email the sales person to inquire about whether he found an answer to my question posed in February. Sadly, on May 1, that answer came after we had the funeral. In February, the salesperson indicated that he was sure there were "room for 4 souls" in the grave with my parents and he moved to quickly try to sell me on prepaying the grave opening fee and purchase other potential services. The same salesperson called me when we scheduled the service to introduce himself as the person who would be handling my brother's services. This became an unnecessary dispute that caused a lot of stress. While the cemetery "made an exception" to allow my brother to be buried with my parents, there still is something not right here. Another concern about my interactions with their area VP has arisen. He noted that there is no room on my parents' stone to add my brother's name. While that is true, it was also claimed there was no room for my brother to be buried but there was plenty of space for my brother's urn to be buried and there looks to be plenty of room for another stone to be placed. I gave the cemetery 2 stars--originally up from the 1 star I would give because I had a very positive experience with the cemetery's frontline staff when I visited the cemetery on May 6. Taras provided me excellent directions on how to navigate the large grounds so I could visit my great-grandparents' gravesite. His directions were excellent. He provided a map where he even drew a line with the best route to follow through the cemetery. Despite the overly aggressive sales tactics, I ended up having a great experience on the front-lines with Taras.

The company was not completing the work that I and many others had contracted with them to do. After a year and half waiting, and filing legal charges against the original company, I contracted with the Molls. They were super easy to work with and so understanding of what I went through. The original company ended up finally placing a memorial stone at the Church Cemetery. I had to cancel my order with the Moll Family. They were so gracious and understanding as they knew what I had been through. I would definitely recommend this company! I wish that I had contracted with them first!!

I personally have never arranged a funeral with this group (or ever) but I wouldn't hesitate to do so when the time comes. Perhaps even before with pre-arrangements. Located in Trappe at the intersection Ridge and 113 it's conveniently located, they have a generous parking lot as well in the rear of the building. On each occasion I've been greeted with traffic police to help me into and out of the parking lot. Outside of the building there is a fish pond at the entrance. The interior is simple, soothing and elegant. All staff, in my experience, has been dignified, professional and pleasant to the guests. I plan to have my own final arrangements here.

Our funeral director, Dan Gregori, was amazing. Even though we had just met, Dan felt like a close family member and just seemed to always know the right words to say as we took each step along the way and on the painful days of her viewing and burial services. Burying a child is not something you plan for and we were overwhelmed initially, but when we found Dan and his team at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero, we immediately felt we had the right team to support our family in our darkest hours.
