One of the techs always says my blood pressure is 120/80. (Textbook normal) Right! And I have ocean front property here in Oklahoma to sell you too. Learn to take a proper blood pressure. Sometimes life depends upon it. It's difficult to understand a couple of the techs. I'm hard of hearing and have cognitive issues so they need to work with patients like me. Make note of it in patients charts. I'm not a fan of repeating myself every time I go to the same doctor. I've also called the office for things like changing my address or phone number. They never write it down and change it. Then I miss appointments because they're calling the wrong number. As for the doc, he's pretty cool. He was the first medical personnel to suggest speech therapy years after the shooting. My only thing with him is that he gets tunnel vision with headaches. It's difficult to talk to him about anything else because of his focus on headaches. But he is easy to talk to too.

They interrupted and questioned if we lived in Oklahoma and if they were even on our insurance. I found them on my insurance website, so yes. I explained we recently moved to Oklahoma. The office is rude, their process is broken. They lied. I suggest you avoid the stress entirely and seek help somewhere else. Our referring doctor contacted another neurologist yesterday for us, they called me first thing this morning and her appointment is this coming Tues. They saw the need and the urgency and was kind and considerate. You don't have to accept this kind of bad behavior from a bad doctor. Seek help with a doctor that actually cares.

For the time I was there I saw and heard a lot. I was a bloody mess but no one seemed to care. no blankets offered until Kiki came along and that was nearly dismissal time. Botox can go systemic and do irreparable harm. I have been sick for 10 months, with no studies done about when or if I will ever be normal again.
