According to his secretary, He agreed to have me play for the Saturday night mass for a certain amount of stipend. I played for four weeks, thinking this was the agreement. Last Saturday, I found out the parish will only pay me 60% of what Fr. Valente originally agreed to. And then the secretary informed me that my services were no longer needed. I think if I had submitted to their dishonest treatment and accepted the lower wage, I would still be there. But as it is, both Fr. V and the secretary have conveniently forgotten our conversation. I am still owed $200 from the parish, which they refuse to pay. I also left a position in order to work at St. Anthony's, so they have really done a number on me. Can anyone help me?
