The experience this morning was utterly ridiculous and extremely troubling. After waiting 3 hours after our appointment time and trying to find out what was happening we were met with an exasperated Dr. Silberman who preferred to act like we were crazy for being confused instead of explaining what was happening and providing insight into what was happening. It's disappointing when the staff is rude and you have absolutely no recourse. I literally was screamed at by a nurse as her supervisor tried (and failed) to calm her down. I felt so threatened and was so nervous I had to record for my safety.

Then they blame me and act rude and tell me I'll have to sit and wait a while because they can't do their jobs. How is this place in business or are these people (receptionists) employed. They should require a pulse or at least a high school education to fill these positions or is it that hard to find qualified people to actually work? The same woman couldn't even transfer a phone call with hanging up on the caller and then doesn't know the extensions of the Dr's in the office she works in. All these signs pointed me to find a more qualified place and the same for you. Don't go here unless you want them to lose your eyesite.

I was really hoping that I didn't need surgery. Anyway, I made my appointment and when I got there, I checked in with the staff. They were very pleasant and very professional. I had my eyes dilated and waited for it to take effect. Once I met with Dr. Aizman, he asked me if I saw floaties, which I answered, "no."
