I've been here for breakfast a few times and have been pretty happy with it. To start the service was awesome. Servers looked after us like family. We don't see much of that these days. I think there may have been a wedding the night before in town as some of the customers where dressed up, but a bit ragged and we overheard some wedding chit chat. The waitress just couldn't handle the amount of people in there. We waited forever for our tea & coffee but were very understanding as the waitress came by and apologized several times. It was actually another customer that got up and started refilling everyone's coffees to help out (small town folk are just so nice). The food took a while to come as well. Maybe they have a wee tiny little kitchen back there? Not sure, because eggs and bacon don't take long. But I'm assuming they didn't have the space or the equipment to cook all the order simultaneously. No biggie. If the service was slow every time that would be a problem. But my Mum assured me that this was most definitely a hectic morning for the staff as that usually the service is very friendly and prompt. There is a driving range, an executuve par 3 course, and an 18 hole course that is 6000 yards long. I did not partake in the live entertainment provided by the club on Friday evenings but heard that it is most enjoyable. The prices are right and I am looking forward to booking an outing here next year!
