What a joke this place is. I would like to review the restaurant but the service was so bad we never got served. It took over 10 minutes to get seated. We were handed menus and no waitress ever game to our table. We decided what we wanted and waited 40 minutes without anyone coming to our table for drinks or anything. Let me add the restaurant was not even busy. At 40 minutes sitting a table of 9 was sat beside us (we were a table of 4). Within a minute a waitress came to the table of 9 to take drink orders without even looking at us. That was the last straw and we got up and left. Gave this establishment 3 chances.. they blew every one. first time dined in , on the patio an off duty waitress was out on the patio ranting and raving , using profanity with every other word ruining everyone's dining experience.. no common sense, no consideration for others. trash employees 2nd time ordered take out fish and chips.. order was shorted no coleslaw and the fish was horrible , soggy and breading literally sliding off the fish 3rd time yesterday afternoon dined on patio waitress /server ignored us for over 15 minutes while we stood there waiting to get her attention re sending someone to clean off table. she literally ignored 4 adults and a toddler while she personally chatted with other customers buttering them up for that big tip When I finally interrupted her to ask if any other servers were available after waiting for at least 15 minutes she responded with quite the attitude and then stalked off , never to be seen for the rest of the meal again.. I'm not sure if she was the manager but if she was they need new management.. After finally getting seated they took forever to take our order and even longer serving us.. everyone who came after got served first Felt like we were being punished for the other servers attitude Orders came they kept screwing up one order even after taking it back to redo.. they still screwed it up.. it was removed from the bill but overall the whole dining experience was AWFUL they really need to get their act together One of the worst restaurants in the beach will never set foot, spend another dime there again. Reading all the Reviews on both Yelp Trip Advisor and almost all except for a couple faked reviews say the same why is this place still in business.... that head female server or manager needs to go. talk about rude and arrogant read more

Terrible from start to finish. We were a party of 8 , out to celebrate with our nephew for his 17 th birthday. Waitress was clueless. We ordered drinks, they came fairly quickly. We all ordered , food took forever to come out and 7 of 8 meals had some sort of issue- and the 8th was stone cold. 2 salads came with no dressing on them, when this was pointed out, the wrong dressing was brought out. Poutine was missing some of the toppings described in the menu, and fries were not hot enough to melt the cheese. 2 chicken burgers had incorrect toppings and needed to be remade- waitress suggested we just switch plates with each other but I had already touched the burger and didn't think it would be good to do this. Had to ask for cutlery, had to get our own condiments from waitress station. No one was asked if they would like another drink. I asked for a soft drink refill which you would think would prompt the waitress to check to see if anyone else would like another drink, but no. Nice touch was that we were allowed to bring a cake in from the bakery, but when we asked if the server would get it for us, it took 30 minutes. She attempted to light the candles when the cake was in the box. Fire hazard? We had to ask for plates and cutlery again. Dinner took 2.5 hours. Way too long and service and food both were terrible. This is our 2nd time in for a quick bite. First time we did not comment as every place gets one second chance. But after the second meal there it will be the last. We went in at 12:15 a table of four. It was steady with roughly 15 and several were just having drinks at the bar. Server was a good ten minutes before getting to us for drinks. Our food orders were shortly after that. Our food arrived at 1:15 from there out there was not one single drink check. At the table there was a boneless chicken wing order, a club sandwich with fries and two fish tacos. The two orders of fish tacos the fish was stone cold. So cold it didnt even start to melt the cheese under it. The "club" sanwich was advertised on pannini bread, i got texas toast. There was a 2 oz (ish) pirce of dry chicken that covered on half of the half. And 1 piece of bacon. The wings looked like reheats cause the breading was burnt and dry and then gooped in sauce to cover it up. Unfortunatey I only took a pic of the ?club? After all that we waited 20 minutes for the server to come offer the bill before we went to the bar and paid, and were offered no apology for being slow. read more

Slow service due to being nderstaffed. Wings were cold and tasted like they were made hours earlier. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went to this location tonight with 5 of my friends. We arrived at 5 pm and ordered a drink. Our waitress Amanda was very nice. We ordered our food after about 20 minutes. It took about 1/2 hr to get our meals which wasn't a big deal as we were all visiting and chatting. Out of the 6 of us, 3 of our meals were ice cold! We sent them back. 2 were ok and the other meal was fish and chips which turned out soggy and inedible. Our food came back after about 10 minutes, piping hot. Meanwhile our other friends were finished their meals. Our waitress kept apologizing but we reassured her it was not her fault. The kitchen should not be sending food to tables cold. Our waitress spoke to the manager who replied with "they ate their food , didn't they?" We asked to speak to the manager ourselves but she would not come talk to us. We were not looking for anything free. We wanted her to inform her staff there were issues that should be dealt with. The 6 of us will never eat here again and we will suggest to our friends to do the same. read more

The service was pretty good. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. However, the food was not that great. We ordered mixed tacos. The fish taco was very fishy and smelly. The veggie patty taco tasted bitter and burned. The chicken taco was probably the best one. A friend ordered the chicken and waffles, which was actually quite good. We also shared the chicken poutine, which was good but barely had any chicken at all, and the cheese curds were not even melted, just tossed on the top. The food took some time to come out, and the restaurant was very cold. We went in winter, and it was a snowy day. I was freezing while eating my food. I don't know if I'd go back. Was there a few weeks ago on I believe their first or second weekend open and it was extremely busy and upon entering the restaurant we where informed it could be up to an hour before our food would be ready because the kitchen was extremely backed up but we chose to be seated as we weren't in any rush! Drinks came extremely quickly and food was on the table in about a half hour which was wonderful, the food was great and staff very attentive especially while they where soo busy! Also the prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of the food! I can't wait to come back thanks for a lovely meal out! I highly recommend the garlic dill chicken burger it was huge and tasty and their full sauce is amazing! Update: I was here today and had a less than amazing experience, the food was good and waitress was ok until my son got the wrong wings we ordered the kids boneless wings and I can only assume the waitress didn't hear the full description of what was being ordered, no big deal stuff happens but when I brought this to the attention of wait staff I was told they'd fix it, awesome right? Unfortunately no shortly after our waitress came over to the table and told us they wouldn't replace the wings with boneless arguing that I had just ordered the kids wing meal not the boneless, I informed her my son had in fact ordered the boneless wings, so I ordered my son the boneless wings meal and paid for both including the messed up order, I wasn't in the mood to argue as I was trying to enjoy a meal with my family! most wait staff where amazing and we even had a lovely conversation with a waitress who wasn't assigned to our table but this experience really ruined this location for me and I didn't think I will be back! read more

Honestly, if it wasn't for dinner with my parents I wouldn't come back here. Food is mediocre - at best. Normally, service is awful. Host (Carson) was great - sweet guy. Tonight we had Matt as a server - he is great ! And did everything he could to make our experience worth while. I asked for the califlower sauced up instead of 'drizzled' and Alicia brought it to our table 'drizzled'. I told her I wanted it to be sauced up as I've ordered it that way before, she rolled her eyes and brought it back to the kitchen and returned immediately saying that 'the manger (Kourtney) said there is no time to sauce them'. That is absolutely awful customer service. I have managed and run many restaurants and that would never fly in any successful business. When she brought them back, drizzled and told me what the manager said I told her I didn't want them then. Thankfully, Matt, our server took initiative and tossed them in sauce himself - which for the record only takes less than 30 seconds. One of the servers Tessa, who brought our meals out was very pleasant and so sweet and funny. When the manger walked around she seemed very grumpy and cold. Didn't smile or even ask any tables how they were doing. The manager should make guests feel welcome and comfortable - not anything but. My buddy Wally and I dropped into St. Louis Bar and Grill Wasaga Beach for a couple of beers. We were greeted by Connie the maître d' who also subsequently served us. What a wonderful experience it was. She personally ensured our experience was 5 star. She has a wonderful, joyful, personality which is perfect for making customers feel welcome (even in times of Covid) and ensuring we were well looked after. It was opening day and they were extremely busy. We ordered a LOT of wings for takeout, and asked for all the sauce on the side. But they put it on the wings anyway which sucks when you got really picky kids waiting at home. And for some reason they also put 2 extra side sauces of one of the sauces we ordered. Other than that the food was good, and the service was extremely friendly. Even the owner came around to see how we were doing and he was an extremely nice guy. I had left a higher ranking review that last time I was in but after attending tonight with a group of friends, I decided to lower my ranking. Overall, the food was delicious. I had ordered a classic poutine and received a good sized portion served hot and quickly. I actually like the style of fries they use in the poutines. However, I felt from the beginning that our group was a thorn in the side of the service staff and management. Even though we had 20 people buying food and drinks, the manager was rude to us throughout the night because we "promised" 25 people. We never promised 25 people would be there but said to them when making the reservation that we would say 25 people in case those in our group that said they couldn't make it might attend at the last minute. Even after buying multiple drinks, dinners and desserts, we were still made to feel like annoyances because we didn't supply the "promised" 25. Any order placed to the manager who came to our table was met with a huff. The waitresses were quite nice and I tipped them well. It's the manager who you should stay away from. We came into town and stayed at an Airbnb because my son was in a tournament. I had signature wing nachos and it was amazing ! It had breaded chicken on it and dill sauce. My husband and one of my children had wings and enjoyed it very much. My other two had burgers and again so good! The waitress was great too. We got our table a half hour late, ordered drinks and waited at least 20min to get them, placed food order and got it about an hour later, wings over done (crispy) fries stone cold we were told that someone said there was no rush, "not one person at our table said this". one fellow had to keep going up to the bar to get his drinks.
