I had placed orders for over 2 years with this Pharmacy. The last order they sent me was delivered late by UPS and because it was a refridgerated product, the ice packs it was packed in had all melted and the product was spoiled. I reported it to them, and they said I would have to report it to UPS. Unfortunately,UPS refered me to the shipper to make the claim. As far as I know they have not made that claim. I sent them the pop up from UPS that told me to refer to the shipper. The reason being is that it wasn't a damaged package,and I didn't realize until a couple of tries with the product, that the delivery,and temperture issue, was the problem. I had originally asked for a reship or refund, and they told me no. They stand by the product, and that maybe a worsening medical condition, was the issue. I have since ordered the product from another pharmacy, and the product works as it should. Don't trust them. They're a bunch of liars! They never called me back after multiple calls and messages. Then they told me by prescriptions shipped on Monday which was a lie. I went into the pharmacy at around 11:10 and the owner John walks by me and I say how you doing and he says YEP....lol that's terrible customer service! So he goes outside then comes back in and I'm just interested at this point, so I say how you doing and again the reply is YEP LOL So ofc I tell him he's has a bad attitude and no customer service skills and he gets all mad I mean it was pathetic. Telling me you need to be nice to people, you never know what kinda day there having ! look how it started out.... you are the one running a business John, I don't really care what kinda day your day was yesterday or today buddy, put your work hat on and I am the customer walking through the door. I tried to start your day off better by asking how your doing, maybe next time I'll try this, how you feeling? if you truly care about all that talk about buying the business for the community then make the atmosphere better,play some music in the background and ask people how they're doing when they come in. try that. I cannot say enough amazing things about St Mary Pharmacy in Eustis. This little pharmacy has gone above and beyond for us the past 2 months. Last month was the first time we ever used them. They special ordered my daughter's ADHD medication and had it here the next day after Walgreens said it would not be here for 5 days. This month, the doctor was slow to approve the refill. I had called the pharmacy the past two days to see if they had received the prescription. Tonight, at closing time, the prescription came in. The pharmacist called me and said he would wait for me to get there to pick it up. He stayed after closing to ensure that my daughter had her medication for tomorrow morning. We will be using them from now on for all of our prescriptions and encourage others to look into if St Mary Pharmacy is in your insurance network. read more

The pharmacist there is great it's very personal they take care of you there's nothing more than you're asking a mom and pop compounding pharmacy the only gripe I have is I wish they would do at least a half a day on Saturday instead of upping the hour one hour on Friday cuz you know some people need to get their medicine that falls on a Saturday or Sunday and I'm not being open I wish they would at least do a half a day on Saturday other than that they are great pharmacy and I recommend them to everybody read more
