I reported it to them, and they said I would have to report it to UPS. Unfortunately,UPS refered me to the shipper to make the claim. As far as I know they have not made that claim. I sent them the pop up from UPS that told me to refer to the shipper. The reason being is that it wasn't a damaged package,and I didn't realize until a couple of tries with the product, that the delivery,and temperture issue, was the problem. I had originally asked for a reship or refund, and they told me no. They stand by the product, and that maybe a worsening medical condition, was the issue. I have since ordered the product from another pharmacy, and the product works as it should. Also the new pharmacy was able to send it to me next day,m and they are in Jacksonville,Fl which is further from where I live that Eustis,Fl is.

I would give Benzer Pharmacy 10 stars if I could!!…read more Before I tried Benzer Pharmacy I filled my prescriptions at Walmart because I assumed Walmart always offered the lowest prices; I was so wrong. While Walmart is indeed cheaper than Publix, filling my medication with Benzer is literally 1/3 the price of Walmart... and FAST! No more waiting 2-5 hours before the prescription is filled. Benzer has never taken more than 15 minutes to have it filled from the time I call it in, to the time it's ready for pick up. I'm not even exaggerating. Price(s) for same exact medication/prescription I've been filling monthly for two years now: Publix: over $50 (Full disclosure, I haven't filled my prescription at Publix in over 18 months. That was the cost at that time.) Walmart: $32.73 Benzer: $11.24 (for the exact same medication) My only regret is that it took me 2 years to try Benzer. And, get this: I only did so because I was willing to pay more if it meant I didn't have to wait 2-5 hours for Walmart to fill the prescription; it was always 2 trips; drop off, and back again to pick it up. The only problem is that they are very expensive. The medication cost $120 but if I was able to get it at a CVS or Walgreens it would have been $54. Each month my prescription is delayed because they don't stock the medication. Since I have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to receive it after they place the order my pickup date continues to be pushed back causing me to miss a couple of days and in some cases a week. I can't order early because this pharmacy won't allow it. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy not to carry a prescription that history shows will be ordered consistently every month. My previous pharmacist always pre-ordered so that when it came due it was available. It was also a CVS but I moved 4 months ago and have had to change pharmacy. This is my 4th order with this pharmacy and as usual they have to order. I use to pick up my prescription the 1st day of each month & because of the delay each time it has been pushed to the 16th of the month. Since it's not in stock it is being pushed again which means I won't be able to pick up my prescription next month until whatever day I pick this one up. It doesn't matter to them when it's ordered because they go by pickup date. The only explanation for this according to my previous pharmacist is poor management by the pharmacist. Get a competent pharmacist! You are affecting people's health because you either don't know how to pre-plan or you are plain LAZY! I have reported this to CVS customer service the past two months & never get a response. Whatever happened to customer service. It appears to be non-existent!

He's lost complete height in it. In unimaginable pain. He was finally able to get into see pain management this week. The doctor ordered a prescription for him and the pharmacist deleted it. When my husband called to inquire about it he was incredibly rude. Said he needed to speak with the doctor regarding a reason. Why? Even if that's the case, there is absolutely no reason to be rude to your customers who, if they are being prescribed pain medication are already struggling in life. If you hate your job this much, QUIT! I would greatly appreciate someone making contact with us so we can discuss this further. I am heartbroken that my husband has to endure this condition for the rest of his life and I am absolutely appalled at how he has been treated through this whole process.
