Texted asking for an update and got no response. Went somewhere else and got it fixed in less than a week for nowhere near the $400 he was trying to charge me. Says he gets the parts from dealerships when in reality he just goes to AutoZone and charges you an extra $300. Everyone knows it doesn't take a month to get a part I was told was "special ordered" when he could've went to AutoZone that same week. Nobody asks for $200 to order a part unless it's a moneh grab. Huge scam that should never get money or business from anyone

I'm a fairly competent mechanic, myself, but no longer choose to work on cars so I some idea of what good autobody and mechanical work is. All the work we've had done has been excellent, they have always stuck to their estimate, have always been able to schedule the work quickly and have had it finished when they said they would. My wife stopped in one day with a light bulb burned out. I don't know if they recognized her as a regular customer, but they stopped what they were doing and replaced the bulb, then my wife had to insist that they charge her for the work. If there is a better shop anywhere in the area, I haven't heard of it.

That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect! Just my luck... not too long after taking in my 1st car in, my 2nd car, BMW, was hit by a deer. Knowing the fantastic work Kaczars does, there was no question that my 2nd car was going there. Once again, Kaczars did an outstanding job and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. I would absolutely recommend this company for any type of body work... insurance related or just updates/upgrades. They are the best at what they do!
