The drummettes were big, thick, and juicy and the honey lemon pepper flavoring lightly coated the chicken skin. The chicken was well seasoned even without the sauce. The fries were also seasoned and everything was still hot. I had a bite of the kids burger and it had a nice grilled taste to it. The bottom line here is that the food is delicious but the wait is ridiculous. They needed more than two people on the truck and they needed more inventory as they ran out of the rib special as well as the pulled pork. The owner and his wife are awesome and will make you feel like family. Their service is always outstanding. I catch them on Thursdays at sunny oaks RV park. As soon as they park is like the whole vibe of the park changes and everyone comes out to eat, share a beer and some good food. They also offer catering, so hit them up for your next event!
