I got a parcel delivered here and had the most awful experience. I turned up the first time, and…read morewas sent away saying they needed to see my passport to get my parcel (somehow my driving license wasn't ok?!). I turned up again with my passport, and they'd lost my parcel! They claimed they hadn't received it, despite me having seen it the first time. They then claimed the driver must have taken it away again, which makes no sense. Then they claimed I'd already picked it up. Then they claimed I'd sent it somewhere else. They were rude, insulting, and got needlessly angry with me trying to find out where my parcel had gone. While the staff were arguing amongst themselves, I spotted my parcel which had fallen down in front of the counter and was hiding in amongst a pile of crap (other stuff which must have fallen) in the corner. I grabbed it and left. The single worst customer experience of my life. Do not get your parcels delivered here!
