Upon our entry to the Church, my father asked if he was the father presiding over the mass, to which he rudely responded "Yeah, who are you?!" At that point, we could both tell that something was off. My father, feeling uncomfortable, asked if there was any way he could help, and again was met with a rude response directing him to take a table up to the altar of the Church. Another example of his lack of tact and respects includes when I showed him the readings that were going to be read during the service, and he responded by saying "What are you showing me these for?!" More discourse was had during which my dismayed facial expression was clearly visible, and he continued with "you don't need to show me this bc you'll be reading from it, then they will sing or something like that!" After that, I was rudely dismissed. I will not continue with the continued disrespect he exhibited toward my family and I, but will say that I hope he removed from that church and barred from preaching to anyone else. How can you be a preacher of the Word when you lack decorum and respect for God's children?!

My son loved it and had plenty of room to run around!!!! And so many kids he was able to interact with. My favorite part was little Bethlehem walk through! They truly out did themselves! Lead Pastor Dale, Pastor Trevor and Jessica, individually have a wonderful way of making you not just hear the word but feel it as well. Beth (Dale's wife) is the epitome of what you would envision for a Pastors wife. She is kind and loving and makes you feel so welcomed. The staff... from the greeters, to the coffee shop volunteers, the worship leaders and the assistants (shout out to Cindy), these people make you feel like you belong there. It was a smaller crowd, which is understandable for an early service, but the atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and reverent. One thing that does make me a little sad is noticing fewer younger people attending Mass these days. That said, this parish seems to have a wonderful community, and I truly hope they continue reaching out and growing. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely return.
