The only problem I have with this thrift store is that you really have to look at the items before buying them. The people who shelf and price these items don't really seem pick and chose what is put on shelf and what isn't. For example, I found a CD case without a disk in it and there was a board game missing it's cards. Now, if I wasn't paying attention, I might have purchased those items and been out of luck.

An associate/sales person angerly told me that the drop-off is outside then kept repeating "can't you see it!" several times while pointing outside. Then I was told that the place is full and don't need anymore donations. I will never donate or support this ungrateful company who thinks humiliating me in front of customers is o.k. Give to St. Vinnies, animal shelters, at least they don't pay their CEO millions of dollars!

He yelled at me as soon as I entered with my child, claimed kids ruin his store and used vulgar language towards patrons and myself. Other patrons overheard and stepped in, and he escalated by threatening to call the police and claiming we were all trespassing. He even came out from behind the counter in a way that felt threatening. I'll never shop here again, and I wish I had known about the earlier reviews. His behavior was so volatile and aggressive that it's only a matter of time before he seriously escalates. The way he acted toward women and children was alarming and completely out of control. He clearly needs professional help, and someone should intervene before his behavior gets worse. He needs to be put in a home
