Considering my own public high school production of M*A*S*H featured Army Surplus Store remnants for costumes and props I shudder to think what Wardlaw's prom may look like... Maybe Justin Timberlake and Beyonce performing live on a levitating platform of pure platinum. Like the bumper sticker says... My other car is a Ferrari. Times they sure have changed. A great show.

I've watched him accomplish projects with such determination and grit and I've seen him cheer his classmates with the same joy and sense of pride in them. (kindercare Clark is a much better fit) The building itself was kept clean and in order. I did however find the classrooms to be small and restrictive for two reasons: age of busy little students and class size number. The classes seem to have about 10-12 students in a very small room all day. Some may think it's intimate I viewed it as suffocating. While I did find some teachers to be nice, I found many to be fake nice. Smile at you but scream at the kids. Mind you the children are 3-5 years old. I believe they use times excessively for this age group, they use write ups excessively for this age group, they do not provide enough activities, and I felt they were always treating black boys harshly when I was around. They have one teacher I believe her name is Mary who was terrible to toddlers screamed at them from drop off to pick up. I stayed and caught marry yelling at my son as soon as she thought I left . Chastising babies as if they understand her logic. I heard her berating children. She also has a bluelivematters sticker (mind you I have never seen a Blue human) in a place with many black children and teachers which to me directly says black lives do not matter. I spoke to the director about the teachers and the use of 10 minute or more time outs on 3 year olds. Terrible way to treat little ppl. Pay more and go somewhere else.

Let me start off…read moreby saying, that similar to many parents, I researched many daycares before choosing a location. In addition, my child attended two other day cares before we landed here. The way the teachers interact with the children is wonderful to see. The teachers are firm and consistent in their approach to bad behavior (ie. removing the child from the space, talking to them, explaining why, etc.). They are kind and patient, they teach, they have fun (art, shaving cream, dancing). It's truly the BEST DAYCARE IN TOWN. My daughter has learned so much!!!!! Examples - ABC's, sign language, how to write, even some Spanish colors, and so much more. The Director, Johana is phenomenal, as well. My daughter was having a behavioral issue 2-3 months into joining. She was ok with the other children but she was not listening to the teachers and displaying behavior that was not her normal behavior. I believe this was because we just changed daycares and in parallel I was transitioning her into her own room / bed. Johana sat me down and explained all the issues and the impact it was having. She gave some recommendations on what we could work to implement, together, to try and rectify the problem. She was also very clear on how long we had to try and implement a solution (before we would need to change schools). All things I truly appreciated because there was over communication on the problem, a willingness to work together to try and resolve the issue, and a clear deadline. In the end, I was finally able to get through to my daughter and her morning statements of "I don't want to go here!!!" changed into "I can't wait to tell Ms. Caila XYZ" or greeting Mrs. Johana on the way to excitedly join Ms. Temu's class. Their willingness to try and work with you (as a parent) and their dedication to providing a safe, fun, and educational place for all the children is impeccable.
