This is my first time visiting, and do note that you have to Street Park if you're not taking public transportation. However, during midday on a weekday, it was easy, and I paid $.60 for 12 minutes, which was long enough to grab what I was aiming for. There's about 2 to 3 attendants working behind the screen to help you out, and then you wait in a queue to come up to them. I told them what I was there for, ended up buying three of the different varieties of cards, and four of the postcard designs. The cards are $10 each but come with a day pass, and the postcard is an additional $2 each! I don't know if I'll have a need to go back in the future, but I definitely think it's a worthwhile stop if you're in the area, and if you're looking for a fun (and useful!) FIFA souvenir.

From there the trolley heads down Mckinney Ave to downtown and circling back by Klyde Warren Park. Easy to hop on and off as your night dictates, but important to know that they trolley will only stop if you are standing and waiting at the designated trolley stop. To exit simply ring the bell and the conductor will stop when available to do so.

I want to thank the staff for making my trip easier than I anticipated. They held the train for 5 minutes for me to walk to the handicapped entrance and showed my daughter how to purchase tickets online after we boarded. Big D DART Station A pretty standard station here in the…read moreWest End. The West End is known for Dealy Plaza, and fancy chain bars and restaurants. The whole area is covered in red bricks, and is a scenic place to take in downtown Dallas. This station has both bus stops and a train station. It felt safe here coming in the middle of the day, there were plenty of uniformed police officers standing around chatting. They could certainly use more ticketing kiosks here. And more signage. There was some guessing on which direction things were going where, but we got it figured out. The station was clean, and well lit. It could use more public art. Meh. It's handicapped accessible. I liked this place, but it has much more potential.

Then acted like we were jot there. As good at customer service as an oversized paper weight. But a paper weight would have bee of more use. I had to buy another ticket and it set me back 6hours and 43$. If there is any other way to get where you are going take it. I have never been treated so rudely over a mistake that was not mine. I mean their driver was late if they cant help who the ef can. Seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Greyhound needs to get it together. If I missed the bus thats one thing but their driver was late and to be so rude to people when the mistake was made by you is 100% unacceptable.

I thought it was very handicapped accessible. I saw lots of DART agents on the trains so I didn't have security concerns (it was middle of the day and rather crowded because it was State Fair season). The one issue I ran into was that I couldn't figure out how to get a physical ticket from the pay stations. I ended up downloading the app, verifying the app, adding a credit card to the app to pay and then buying a day pass (round trip fare). The app is actually really nice. You can map your route and it will show you what time the next train is arriving at your stop. Definitely set the app up ahead of time so you are ready to go!

The station is right in front of the main entrance to the park, so it's super convenient! There were plenty of DART workers when I went, directing hordes of pedestrian, and making sure everything was safe. The fact that there were lots of uniformed employees made things go smoothly, and they were good about telling people to get out of the way or clearing the tracks. The station was well lit, and it was a simple process to get tickets and get a place to sit on the train. The trains were packed when I went, but everything still moved quickly and smoothly. If you're heading here for the State Fair, this is certainly the way that I'd recommend getting here!
