Two Tequesta Point is one the best condominiums in Miami with amazing views and very large units…read more 1) The management staff at Two Tequesta is amazing. The Engineer has been in the building since it opened and keeps the building in perfect condition. You could eat of the floor in the machinery areas. The Manager is one of the most sought after in Miami and the building is very lucky to have her. The rest of the staff, including the Concierge team go above and beyond for the residents. 2) The maintenance fee's are ridiculously low for what you get at Two Tequesta. They are around 53 cents a sq/ft (as of 5/16). 3) The building won the "Own It" award from First Service in 2015 and the "Improve It" award a few years back. The "Own It" award represents that Two Tequesta was recognized as one of the best buildings managed in Miami by First Service. 4) The common areas include one of the top fitness centers in Miami with a giant two story gym (including racquetball/squash/basketball/crossfit/cardio/free weight/massage/aerobics/locker rooms) with bay views and top of the line Cybex equipment. It also includes a large bayside resort style pool with jacuzzi's and top of line furniture. Two Tequesta also has an amazing BBQ area, a tennis court, a large common area part room for up to 100 people, a conference room, a children's playroom, storage lockers, bike storage, and more. 5) The building has 24/7 security, elevators that are key fob secured, 24/7 valet (that's FREE), 24/7 concierge, dry cleaning services, and much more. 6) The members of the Board of Directors are approachable and professional. 7) There is a great deal of spaces for guests to park for free. 8) There is free Wifi throughout the common areas. 9) There are rules and regulations in place to make it a great place to live for all residents. 10) The board and management team continually seek out ways to improve the building and increase value for residents.

Visited this ultra modern condo on the winding New River next to the SE 3rd Ave bascule bridge…read more Firstly, as a disclaimer I do not reside here but my friends just moved in and we are looking to possibly move here too so we took a tour. These condo units are all owned but some people rent their units. Most of the units based on the views and size near the $1M mark. The rental condo units hover around $4,400 per month. As guests we had to use the valet service which was complimentary with optional tipping. The movie threatre room was a pretty good addition to the amenities. Just a few steps from the building are a plethora of riverside entertainment with restaurants and bars along the Las Olas Blvd.

The…read morevalet is always super friendly, helping me get things out of the car, carry bags, talking to me if I'm waiting.. You can call downstairs and have them bring the car for you also.. The front desk guy is the best! I love that he remembers me and the unit number when I come in.. He's always asking how I'm doing and carrying on conversation.. Everytime I leave, I always think to myself, wow, these people are so nice!!! Only 4 stars because sometimes its a pain in the butt with the towels at the beach.. I understand people steal them, but its like they chase you down and hassle the crap out of you for it.. even if you've just walked up to the pool.. rather than letting a guest put it in the basket, they require that if its past a certain hour you have to take them to the front desk and get your ID back.. I guess I understand.. they probably have a lot of people stealing them.. can get expensive.. but there's got to be another solution.. or at least a little leniency to the pool area? Regardless, this building is beautiful, right on the beach, very nice location and the pool is great too.. I love coming here.. and the staff just makes it so much better!!!
