AMENITIES Pool: Great Pool but Closed for now, under construction, will soon reopen. Jacuzzi: Fantastic, perfect temperature and always very clean. Gym: Fantastic! Includes sauna, showers and all you can imagine in gym. Always very clean! Family oriented place, you will never have the problem of having young people making too much noise, partying, drugs or anything that like that. They're trying to foreclose on an owner who is in a coma, his family is overseas and they didn't even contact them, like they're legally obligated to. Thankfully the real estate agent notified the family and they are paying all the fees but they're still harassing them and treating them differently than the other owners who live there. The lawyers are ruthless and so is this condominium association they have no regard for any excruciating circumstances they couldn't care less what's happening to peoples' families. The management made no effort to contact the family, either did accounting! Apparently this family had a mailbox when they moved overseas but that mailbox was closed so they were not notified at all that this was happening. The former accountant Ivan was on top of things and he would contact the owners if there was any issues with the account. Now the management looks for an opportunity to steal somebody's condominium instead. The management office has very bad energy around it and so does this attorneys office, lots of bad karma, lots of bad energy, bad juju all the way around and now I know why. Shame on the manager and the board. Some of us owners in the building have been owners long before any of these board members were on the board or any of this management team was ever living here and these people have made this building the worst building in Miami, in my opinion.

And they're not even large spaces so that makes no sense bc there is a cleaning woman walking around doing god knows what during the day. The maintenance guy couldn't even fix my toilet. Their staff is completely useless in every sense of the word and yet it seems as if the members of the condo association don't even realize it. They have meetings every month but nothing ever gets better. The property value is plunging bc of how terribly the building is ran and maintained and people that spent almost $700k on condos just 8-10 years ago are selling them for HALF the price. It's really a real estate shame. The units are gorgeous and the most spacious layouts on all of Miami Beach. I proceeded to simply ask him where do we get the beach chairs and umbrella from in the most calmest manner, only for him to continue cursing at me. It's not my fault that you are in the United States and can't understand nor speak English and try to use your language barrier as an excuse to be rude to others. This is South Florida pal, not Cuba. I immediately called the hotel and made a report about the incident. I even walked into the front desk and spoke to someone in management about the incident, I've then sent two emails about the incident but of course nothing will be done.
