Quiet, secure, restaurants galore within a few minutes walk, the beach virually across the street. The jacuzzi, essetially just off the rear balcony, is a terrific amenity, especially at night when you can soak under the stars. There's also a pool and small gym. Staff was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Good communication and response. Apartment is well furnished and supplied. Furnishings are not high end, but very nice all the same. Highly recommended.

Even though the building is smaller than a typical mammoth miami high-rise, it still comes with a lot of perks such as a beautiful pool, BBQ and patio, gym, secure parking, 24/7 security and concierge. Building includes 24/7 concierge, bayside pool and gym -- you can watch the pelicans and sailboats while you're on the treadmill. Pets are allowed for unit owners who reside in the building. Most of the units have, in fact, been insulated for sound and the lobby and elevators were recently redone. Overall, a beautiful building and I would highly recommend it.
