We love the staff here and so does our son. The new director also has a daughter in the same class as our son so we know that leadership has a vested interest in providing the best possible environment for our children. I'm not sure how the price compares to other daycares in the area, but we are very happy with the ratio of children to teachers as well as the level of attention that our son gets so the price feels very worth it. We love this school and we recommend it to anyone who wants a daycare that allows kids to be kids and learn through curiosity and experiences rather than sitting in front of a screen and watching brain rot all day or sitting in a desk for school prep.

Not Worth the Money or the Stress…read more This school is absolutely not worth the amount of money parents are required to pay. You're expected to pay in full every month, even for the days your child isn't present -- and for what? The money clearly isn't being reinvested into the school. A simple walk through the building will reveal multiple violations and things that are clearly out of code. The administrative team is disorganized and full of drama, making it nearly impossible for them to effectively do their jobs. The teacher turnover rate is terrible -- there's constantly someone new watching the children. Even worse, it's clear that administration struggles to find qualified staff, so they often settle for people who are underqualified and unfit to care for children. If you have a concern, don't expect to get real help. You'll either get the runaround or -- worse -- get cursed out by the director, Mrs. Lang. I, have seen multiple parents on the receiving end of this unprofessional behavior. Enough is enough.

But The last day he stayed there, I visited him on my lunch and found a knot on the side of his head and a festering rash on his neck.My baby isn't crawling around or interacting with other babies he's too young, so they definitely must have bumped his head. I intended to ask about it when I picked him up (not wanting to freak out about it in front of other visiting mothers) but realized it wouldn't matter what they said I wouldn't be satisfied with the response. I left numerous messages and no one got back to me. I know if they where ignoring me as a parent, I can only imagine how they where treating my child. Our son switched to Hampton Cove KinderCare about a month ago as he was previously going to a different Preschool in the area. There were daily issues due to his needs and he was very unhappy every day that he was there and it showed when he came home. Since going to Hampton Cove KinderCare, he is happy. He comes home every day and acts like a different child in just a very short amount of time. He's even been sleeping all night in his bed just since he started going to HC KinderCare. He's at peace knowing he is wanted, loved and accepted. In previous months, I know this location went through alot of changes and thanks to the current leadership the staff seems engaged, prepared and focused. We couldn't be happier with our son's teacher and the staff we've encountered. If you are looking for a Preschool in the area, I highly recommend you give Hampton Cove KinderCare a try. I do not believe you will be disappointed as we certainly are not in seeing the needs of our toddler being met on a daily basis.

The curriculum is amazing! I can't believe the things that they learn. I have not had issues with any of teachers. my son started in the todler 1 room and went all the way to pre-k. I strongly recommend Primrose as it was recommended to me when I moved to AL so this is my son's second day care center. So far i have not been disappointed. i think having a child being cared by others is a difficult thing.
