We were doing the 400-Mile yard sale and stopped in St. Teresa's. Wow, it was great! We spent about $200 on treasures. It wasn't very busy. Items were clean, well displayed, and organized. Checkout was quick and the clerks were very helpful. We had lots of breakables and they helped wrap our items. We would definitely go back! read more

The service in the store is nice. The merchandise is mostly overpriced for the quality. Many prices are equivalent to buying new items, unsure how this is a service to a community that tries to buy things second hand to balance their budget in these very trying financial times that has been thrust upon the country. I have shopped twice here will not be going back. There are better charity run shops in Sarasota and Bradenton. read more

This is a great thrift store in bowling green! They have quite a selection of clothes and trinkets/kitchen supplies, and there's always new stuff every time you go in. Their prices are awesome (got a book for 50cents, as well as some other kitchen supplies for about the same). They also had a small table perfect for my kitchen- only $10! The employees have been very nice when I've been in. My only wish is that they'd have a bigger store and more items to choose from, haha! read more

They've always got a lot more furniture than goodwill and other thrift stores so that's usually the main reason I go, but last time I went they had a lot of gardening supplies and paint for great prices. The woman who manages the store is very outgoing and great at her job. The other employees have also been welcoming. I'm sure I'll be back soon to browse the new items.

This store was everything and nothing like I expected. They seemed to have odd hours. With odds and ends tucked in every corner, and rooms that look like you shouldn't go in but can and are filled with antiques of all different varieties. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the chaos that is The Olde General Store. It was neat to look around though and see all the offerings. I loved some of the old farm tools and wished I was more artsy to create some neat repurposed projects but alas walked out with my bank account still intact.
