They preach directly from the Bible and you will certainly be educated in His Word. Conveniently located off I-35, exit 191:(Buc-ees exit), then off Lifehaus Road. They have 9 and 11 am services, refreshments, a bookstore, coffee shop, kids classes, onboard classes, etc. They always have robust events that keep everyone connected, but be prepared to serve, with the talents our Lord has gifted you with. The pastor started preaching without any greeting to the congregation OR welcome to new visitors! One of the reviews described the pastors/preaching as "military grade" & that's what it felt like sadly. The pastor used all these big words that I understood (I have a Masters degree) but wondered who he was trying to impress! He also never even cracked a smile......nor did any of the church members! As I looked around, the members looked like robots looking straight ahead at their "leader.! Not a SINGLE person appeared to notice us & after we left, my daughter said to me "those people don't have the joy of the Lord!" That broke my heart because followers of Jesus should be the friendliest, most welcoming, most non-judgmental people in the world reaching out to a world that is desperately hurting!

The is no way for clerics to defend themselves due to their code of confidentiality, but I can say that I have known Father David for over ten years now, and he cannot be described as uncaring. The previous one-star review says more about the writer than Fr David. Besides, this is a very welcoming congregation and they deserve more than one star.
