The service starts at 10:30 and ends around 12ish. It is mostly an Indian church but there are few people that aren't and they love it here too! The grounds are very clean and well kept, and the interior is spacious and open, ready to welcome all who venture there. Most contact went through FCCC's wedding coordinator Timberley. She was so helpful with all our questions and concerns. We hit a snag with the music CD (the AV system couldn't play our mp3 files), but she was able to make it work by converting the audio files. On our days on-site, she was very patient and readily available. Our minister Joel was great; he was such a warm person and was very easy to talk to. We enjoyed that he took the time to get to know us as individuals, even if that meant weekend evenings to accommodate our schedules. Overall, we have nothing negative to say about our experience with FCCC. The people, the site, everything was lovely!

To my surprise, the Pastors took the time to speak to me after the service. It was not a rushed conversation. I will never forget that Pastor Richard Ford looked me in the eye and said, "If you don't wanna be loved on, you'd better get out of here." His wife, Tena went out of her way to give me a hug before the start of the service. The members seemed to really enjoy fellowship with one another. It didn't appear forced. There is such reverence for the Holy Spirit at this church. I don't live in the Stafford area, but would gladly make the drive to visit again.

Although today was a solemn day celebrating the life of a friend at a memorial , the Bridge…read moreoffered a beautiful celebration of that person's life. As the bagpipes played to introduce the reverend and the care placed to show how each family member felt about the passing of their loved one, you can tell much thought was put to make sure this service was both special and memorable . The parking was a bit of a challenge since the memorial was filled with runners, triathletes and others touched by this person who was a coach , a race director and business owner that made an impact on many others lives. The Bridge had enough area to sit inside but with its lax policy on masking, I choose to stand at the back of the church so could social distance.( We are still in a pandemic with cases rising in Houston so better to be careful .) I stayed for most of the service and was appreciative of the kindness and care given to include his family and friends . I can tell the Bridge is a beautiful and spiritual place that gives comfort to others in times needed.
