You never know what you're going to find here. I did notice some prices getting out of control.

This store is a sad joke. The prices are insane. Some of the employees are scary looking.

He said the guy who does it is out. We would have to come back. He had the key but wouldn't open the garage for us to get the couch. He was mean and not a Christian at all. The rudest people work there. Would not recommend and would like to report for misleading information on sale. Shouldn't tell us to come get the couch on fb if you're not going to sell it. Shame on them! This is not a Christian place. They must make enough money as the supervisor made me feel that the couple hundred dollars I was going to spend was not needed. I will pray for them but whom ever looks over this non profit company needs to make some changes.

I always try to visit at least once a week to see what treasures they have. They are only open until 12 during the week so you have to be mindful of that. I have been very lucky as it is not as known as the other thrift stores so you can really find some great items. They also run 50% to 75% off sales and who doesn't love a great sale. I usually call them first if I have seen something there, such as a couch or table, just to make sure Rick is available (as he volunteers in the garage) to help with the heavy lifting.

They also have large book and toy bins that you can dig through. It can be difficult to reach the items at the bottom but it's kinda part of the fun of thrifting. They had holiday décor, lamps, furniture, planters, rugs, picture frames, CDs, and vinyl records. The prices were very fair, and unlike some thrift stores. My biggest complaint is that they write the prices directly on the items with Sharpie. It's especially frustrating on wooden pieces because it's impossible to remove, so I'm taking off one star for that. The parking lot is also usually a tight fit. On my last visit, I bought some collector's cups, a painted wooden duck, a barely used White Barn candle, a vintage Care Bears mug, and a green marble plant stand. Most of the smaller items were only $1-4 each. I'll definitely keep coming back because there's almost always something worth taking home.

I walked in through an overhead door with plastic strips hanging in it. I went in search of some vases and I was able to find them. What I love most about the thrift stores I visit is the clothes I am able to find. This store had a really poor selection of clothes and shoes. I did see a pair of boots I liked but the had them marked at $45! That is crazy for a pair of Durango boots at the thrift store. I bought my three vases and nothing else. I will not be returning to this location as there is nothing really for me there.

I did find the prices to be a bit higher than other consignment shops in the area. Although I did find out that they were getting ready to have a nice clearance sale to send out the spring/summer clothes and transition to fall/winter. The last day of the sale they actually did a bag sale. I made it in on one of the sale days and bought some nice clothing at a more reasonable price. They also had some decor items. The store is fairly small but they packed it full of good shopping. I also found a pair of shoes that I liked. I actually paid more for them than I would have liked but they were unique. I am sure I will stop in again. I may make it when they are transitioning over to spring to pickup some deals on winter clothes.

But I did find the employees bickering with each other over how to set up their ring light and technology so they could go live on Facebook and sell virtually. This should not be done during store hours, or should be done in a backroom where customers who are physically in the store aren't treated like second class citizens to your Facebook lives. Clothes were packed heavy on racks, so I can't imagine they get much business on the sales side.

I walked in and wasn't acknowledged at all! As I was walking through the store I heard multiple other people come in and every single one of them was greeted at the door or acknowledged, meanwhile I walked around the store for a good 10-15 minutes and none of the staff ever said a word! Francesca's Collections is a much needed alternative to the subdued, preppie wear that dominates the Town Center. When you walk through the doors, you're greeted with an array of hip jewelry of better quality than you'll find in most moderately priced department stores. I bought a pair of cute bangle earrings for $15 and they actually look like they'll last me awhile. In the center of the store you find kitschy gifts, books, accessories and home decor, like vintage-inspired wall-hangings. The coolest gift item I discovered was the Personal Library Kit, a great present for your favorite bibliophile. The kit is designed to track books as they are lent out to friends and family--what a great idea! Near the back of the store is the women's clothing section. Francesca's Collections clothes' cost, quality, and style are reminiscent of H&M--bright, youthful, and fashion-forward. You won't find subtle pastels here. Just primary colors, bold prints, and unique designs, all reasonable priced (they spring mini-dress I tried on was $62). I really loved this store's selection and prices, and will definitely be back soon!
