I have never seen such a problem at any other antique mall, but I'm gonna be traumatized for a while after this. Roaches are one of my top phobias, which is why I may seem dramatic.

I'm serious, I have never seen a thrift store so well organized, with everything neatly hung on the right kind of hanger. And clean! I was looking specifically for men's long-sleeved shirts, which were easy to find, and I bought two name brand shirts that I don't think have ever been worn. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes, because I didn't need to hunt. I cruised the entire store before checking out, and every section was immaculate. Kudos to the staff and their obvious OCD! Some additional information ... Overall, this is a fairly large thrift store. Lots of clothes for all ages and all sexes. Some kitchen items, games, books, CDs, DVDs, etc. Well worth the trip!

Especially if said friend is a rancher, golfer, and/or wine drinker. They have these heavy silver bookends and lots of random decorative stuff that incorporate bulls and bison. There are also fancy liquor bottles so you can pour cheap whisky in them and serve it to your unsuspecting country club friends. You can also find some estate jewelry on this side that is not too shabby. Furthermore, if you have a lady friend, mother or aunt who likes birds (think sparrows) and other garden-y elements (think shabby chic) you will find things for her here. Or him-- maybe he's a dude who likes decorative stuff for his garden or patio or pseudo balcony. I'm not judging. Price range: you better have a full-time job if you're buying things here. Watch out for: the plethora of crosses. I worry that they'll fall off the wall each time I walk in. And be nice to the lady who works there. The guy working on stamps in the back will not acknowledge you; don't take it personally. He likes inanimate objects.
