It was appalling. I would have rather encountered a snake. I showed one of the gentlemen on duty, paid for my one item, and left before seeing the rest. I have never seen such a problem at any other antique mall, but I'm gonna be traumatized for a while after this. Roaches are one of my top phobias, which is why I may seem dramatic.

I'm serious, I have never seen a thrift store so well organized, with everything neatly hung on the right kind of hanger. And clean! I was looking specifically for men's long-sleeved shirts, which were easy to find, and I bought two name brand shirts that I don't think have ever been worn. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes, because I didn't need to hunt. I cruised the entire store before checking out, and every section was immaculate. Kudos to the staff and their obvious OCD! Some additional information ... Overall, this is a fairly large thrift store. Lots of clothes for all ages and all sexes. Some kitchen items, games, books, CDs, DVDs, etc. Well worth the trip!

On 1/26/26 around 4:30 PM, I came in to donate over $500 worth of home décor and miscellaneous…read moreitems. It was my first time donating here, so I wasn't familiar with the process. I pulled up and got out of my car, and the employee working in the receiving area immediately told me rudely to get back in my car and put my items away, saying they only help one person at a time. The tone and delivery were unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional, especially considering I was trying to do something positive by donating. I was spoken to as if I had done something wrong, when a simple explanation of the process would have sufficed. Because of this interaction, I chose to leave and will be taking my donations elsewhere.
