Dustin is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he made sure that we understood the work he was performing and the time-frame involved. Part of the frustration came from getting updates from the office. Everything we needed to know, from planned installation dates to when the crew would be back to finish, required at least a phone call and an email. No information was volunteered or provided without us making the inquiry. For the amount of money we spent, we were treated like any other schmo in line with a checkbook. This was very disheartening. Staffing is a significant issue, as well. The roof work was quoted as a three-day job. IT TOOK A MONTH. Srsly, all the tools, the garbage in the yard and the unfinished work was in place for four weeks. And no notice of when anyone would be back (see earlier paragraph). This was frustrating and does not speak well of the company. I was very discouraged about this, particularly since there was no assurance or even forecast for the work's completion. Dustin and his crew are the reason this review is not 100% negative. Their work is top-notch and we are happily receiving many compliments on their behalf. The experience, however, was terrible. I sincerely hope we never have to reach out with a question or request for more information.
