This church is as boring as it can get. Same songs every week, long drawn out rambling sermons. They don't even have a normal church style organ just an electronic sit down style organ. The church on 42 is much more happy and upbeat. To bad it's so far away. read more

St Vincent has built a new church and will be building additional buildings over the years to support the growing catholic community in Wildwood and The Villages. The masses are currently crowded but the church will be expanded in a few years. The new church is beautiful and the music ministry is wonderful. read more

My question is, why did they mount a huge protestant cross outside the new building instead of a Catholic crucifix?

This is an older Catholic church that has seen a whole lot of growth in the past 5 years. Unfortunately they haven't been able to keep up architecturally with the influx of new parishioners and the result is extremely full Masses. The Mass itself is quite beautiful and slightly less traditional than St. Tim's. read more

St. Vincent de Paul has a new and very beautiful church. The old church is now the social hall with the intentions of building a newer social hall and an updated kitchen . We have a beautiful choir director, our Paster, Fr. Pedro(Peter) has very informative homilies which come from his heart and head . Fr. John is also very informative,soft spoken, down to earth and a warm and caring kinda priest. My husband and I have been members since 2007, so we have watched the change and growth of this parish. It is a caring friendly community. read more
