Basically was like um yea it just has spices in it. Spices may not be gluten free and could be of concern for a celiac. I asked him if any drinks were gluten free and he said all but 2. I wasn't confident that the drinks would be made separately from the non- gluten drinks so I opted not to get one. My friend got the bees knees and said it was really tasty. The server did come back and switch my water to regular at the end but he should have been upfront with what he gave to prevent any exposure to peoples allergies.

The space is really cool, with some neat lit-up signs behind the bar and antique paintings on the ceiling. I tried a few cocktails and they were all tasty. These included the Flying Dutchmen -- their signature cocktail -- and the Umami Margarita. I was a bit hesitant about the Dutchmen because it was with gin and orange, but I liked it a lot. Next to the ground level with the bar there's a lower and an upper level with tables and chairs. The latter fits around 20 people. During the day it's an eetcafé and at nighttime it's a bar. There is a terrace by the canal with space for around 30 people. The staff is very nice and attentive, I hope they keept that up! AND, since I arrived they keep playing a lot of my favourite music so they're unfairly influencing me in my opinion. And without knowing what I'm doing here they boodled me by offering me fantastic big kalamata olives. I cannot not like this place. And you will neither. The bartenders were super nice and friendly (always a pleasant surprise) and were talking to the other regulars about what they did last night and what they plan to do after work. Super casual. It seemed like they were also very knowledgeable about beer so if you're not sure, you can consult with them to get recommendations. The beer was great and there were a lot of options. The location is near the park and also near a tram stop if you want to take public transport after your beers (or beer tour, in my case). I hope to do the beer tour again when I'm in Amsterdam and therefore come back to Craft & Draft.

If you like craft beer and find yourself in Amsterdam you should make the effort to visit craft & draft.
