I went to this place because I had to be a The World Fashion Centre and this place is in the same street. It is a good choice when in the neighborhood if you are looking for a spot to sit down and have coffee or lunch (or even breakfast; there a lot of good Saturday breakfast deals).
Outside are couches with pillows and stuff, good for relaxing in summer I think. But now it was a cold December day so I sat inside. The menu is quite large, a lot of sandwiches, a few salads, breakfast options for the weekend, coffees and teas. There are also pastries. I went with just a croissant so unfortunately I cant tel you anything about the quality of the food, the croissant was fine though. The latte was also fine, it's not barista like but that was also not what I expected. I paid 4,80 for the latte and the croissant. The lady who helped me was friendly.
The place is pretty big. A few guys were having a meeting there and some people were working there so I figure they have Wifi. They played nice music, happy Brazilian kind of stuff (I think, I have no clue how Brazilian music sounds lol). There is also a wall with some plants, which is cool. I thought it was a bit chilly inside though, but maybe that was a one-time thing. Dunno. I will come back when I'm around again, There aren't that many lunch/coffee places around here so this is a nice option. read more
