It's awesome that I can call in the morning and they can usually have a tech out the same day to fix our machine. Rex showed me what to look for when we get a certain error and I was able to fix the error on my own when it popped up just a few minutes ago. (Who knew a hole punch "hole" stuck to the top will trigger the sensor to say the original is still on the glass? Well, I do now, thanks to Rex!) Thanks to all of the employees at Fisher's that contribute to making our copier experience AMAZING! We are definitely EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
