Recently I went in again and she said something to me that was rude. I went out to the car and my wife starts in on me, without me saying anything, about how that lady in there is so rude. I said, "I know huh!" That was the impetus of this post. I don't recommend if you like personal, friendly customer service with a smile. This place is no where near that.

If you call to inquire about the status of your order, they can't just look it up and tell you; you have to speak with the employee who put the order together. If that person is out of the office and you ask that they give you a call when they're available, it is hit or miss if they will actually call you back. This is the second time an order has not met the deadline. I think they create a good quality product, but need to improve in the area of communicate and time management.
