When I entered, I was expecting to see very modernized items and perhaps a small grocery store. What I found was the total opposite. There are spacious rooms filled with various themed decor and quirky items. To the right there are antique kitchen items, handmade candles, gift items and more. To the left is what I would label the spell witch room stocked with astrology, Halloween decor, jewelry and spiritual items such as crystals, incense and other unique handmade items. The middle section has a fridge with sodas and other miscellaneous items along with magnets and other trinkets. Up the steps you will find a pet section including gear, toys and treats, a 90's area with videos and swag along with unique Fargo specific goods such as stickers, post cards, hand towels and more. Give yourself time to explore this shop accordingly. There are so many items to comb through. Totally my favorite shop in Fargo. Enjoy!!!

I'm sure I'll continue to buy more as there is so much to choose from and it's conveniently located one block from my work.

There was an issue with the order, and I received a personal text message very shortly afterward that one of the items in the gift basket was out of stock and that there was a substitution. The person who contacted me was extremely apologetic, offered a substitution, and refunded my order, even though I didn't really think that the substitution was a very big deal. Obviously customer service is very important to them. Sometimes these things happen, but it's always wonderful to see a business that goes above and beyond to make sure that its customers are happy and get what they pay for. Would definitely patronize (and pay full price) again.

Located in the West Acres Mall in Fargo, Minn Dak sports tons of local business efforts. You can get some pretty classic tacky tourist stuff, like "uffda", "doncha know", "ope", or other funny Minn- Dak sayings on magnets and stickers. There's lots of college gear from UND or NDSU to sport and decorate with. But the food products are by far the spotlight here- the newly famed and ND originated Dot's pretzels are of course sold here. There's locally based chocolates, cheese, jams, honey, hot sauce, peanut butter, popcorn and so much more. You can spend a lot of time just walking around the store and seeing all there is to offer. This was the perfect place to buy my FL friend some homegrown ND stuff. The young man working was also super helpful when I asked his opinion on what to get my friend (should have gotten his name!). This is a great store promoting and showcasing hardworking north Midwesterners products, and yeah you betcha at pretty reasonable and affordable prices. I'll definitely be back!

From examining each plant, they all look healthy. Although, the one i got had some brown leaves on it but i was able to keep it alive. Overall, I recommend this place for any plant parents out there. When they arrived, Norwegian sailors gifted a keg of Norwegian beer to their visitors! After the ship returned to the US, it became the centerpiece of this beautiful museum run by the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County. There are plenty of other exhibits to see, but the sheer scale of the Hjemkomst will captivate your attention during your stay.

This is the 1st time in my life, being here in America, that I bought a fish from a market, and the people working there didnt remove the scales from the fish before selling. Like who does that??? Apparently Lotus Blossom. Oh Im not done yet. The Guinea fowl chicken that they sell, it was whole & I asked them if they could cut it up into pieces for me, they said No they dont cut chicken. No you people in there are just lazy AF! How can you have a fish & meat section with a butchery in the back & you dont cut your meat or scale your fish? And on top of it, majority of your food is expired. This is how you treat your customers? Listen you people in there need to get your ish together before the Food & Drug Administration come in there to inspect the place. Bc if they do, this place will be shut down. Maybe if you need to buy Palm oil or noodles, you can come here but anything serious, NO WAY. Once again, Im so dissapointed in this place
