After 16 years of marriage- Covid quarantine threw us over the edge. We knew we had been arguing a great deal, but found it to be our "norm". We had lost touch with ourselves & one another, and were just living day by day in a frigid environment of harsh communication, frustration, silent treatments, & very little intimacy. We were heading down a road towards divorce. But- our 23 years together had us both feeling that we needed to fight for our marriage & each other. We got into this together, and we'd get out together. That's when we met Ana & our lives changed in a way that we could have only dreamed of. After our initial consultation with Ana, we knew there was hope for us and that she was going to help us bring our happy marriage back. We immediately booked & attended our individual sessions, and both felt enlightened afterwards. We had our first together meeting with her (in person) and didn't hesitate to commit & proceed with 10 more sessions. With each session, we found ourselves and shed light on the circumstances that led us to the point we were at before Ana. She taught us the "tools" we needed to be more empathetic of one another, be more present to each other, be a safety net for each other, be team players, and to put our marriage FIRST. We left each session reflecting on what we'd learned about ourselves & each other, and vowed to follow her direction towards a positive change. Between the homework, videos, & valuable lessons she taught us, we know that we couldn't have repaired on our own. Through Ana's commitment to us & our commitment to one another, we've persevered and are better at communicating, better at showing affection, better at empathizing, more intimate, more secure, & most of all- HAPPY. We know that marriage is continuous work & are eternally grateful for the knowledge, skills, & tools that we've been taught. The investment that we made in ourselves & our marriage is by far the BEST investment. We will miss seeing Ana and learning from her, but we know that she'll be there should we ever find ourselves needing her relationship wisdom & guidance.

I cannot say enough good things about Ana and her program. She truly saved my marriage. Without her…read moreand the skills that she taught us, I would most certainly be divorced. It was the best money we have ever spent. We continue to use the skills that we learned to continue to grow our marriage. I highly recommend her to anybody looking to seek help in their marriage.

To Whom It May Concern:…read more My wife and I just ended our 7th one hour counseling sessions with Mrs. Beverly Chestnut and wanted to thank her so very much for all her help with our marriage relationship. How she advertises is true to her conduct and quality of counseling in our opinion. My wife is very sensitive person and wanted to leave our marriage of four years. I didn't want to end the marriage because I believe in marriage until death do us part and we have a two year old son and another child on the way. The greatest gift you can give your children is to stay married. But what can you do when your wife wants to call it QUITS? And places all 100% of the blame on her husband? I have to admit, I thought it looked pretty hopeless for a very strong logical husband. We were just not communicating with each other and had a thousand unsolved problems over the last 4 years. We were missing each other's true intentions and thoughts. And we had already tried all the wrong ways of curing our problems OUR SELVES and were out of ideas. Beverly is a real Godly counselor that doesn't try to tell you how to run your home. She really brings the bible to light so both a wife and husband can come to agreement on issues. CHANGE is a miracle from God. No one can change anyone else. But if both of you are willing to sit down and tell Beverly what's on your hearts, she is a great mediator. Sometimes we need a mediator to help clear the air and let each other's hearts be known. Of course the greatest mediator is Christ and Beverly rightly will bring the bible and the living God into your counseling sessions. Because if a marriage isn't built upon Christ, then you can only expect problems. Christ is the ultimate answer to every problem. When both husband and wife are willing to yield to the grace of God and stick with it. Then and only then can you get a really good marriage. This is what Beverly desires for marriage to be and helps people to see into their blind spots and to really appreciate their spouse and rebuild that commitment to your spouse again. God bless you Beverly... I know we went to 7 weeks of counseling but we also tried another counselor that didn't really help us any. Where with Beverly, each week she would give us a little bit of new hope. Oh, sure there were emotional times and it wasn't all always what you would expect or even hope for. But overall her counseling sessions always left us with something new, something helpful, something that we perhaps hadn't internalized before counseling with Beverly. We would encourage anyone having problems to give Beverly a try for a couple of weeks. We think you will find she doesn't take sides, she is fair and straight forward and doesn't jump to wrong conclusions when some ugly skeletons start coming out of the closet either. She takes the position of being a helper of God's grace, forgiveness, and turning over a new leaf for Christ's sake. Sincerely, D & R Lehigh Acres, Florida 9-18-2012

The staff were super nice, extremely kind My advice is to go…read morein and ask all the staff what you need to do the treatments (in conjunction). I was told I could smoke medical Marijuana then on my 4th or 5th treatment out of 6, was told it may affect the results. I was also told a therapist is extremely helpful (4th or 5th treatment). The last treatment, I was told Magnesium would help the treatments. I super wish I would have been told this in case it would have helped the treatment work for me. I was so highly relying on this, my fault, and it actually made me feel worse. It helps some and not all, just wanted to share my experience.

The owners and staff are truly caring individuals.. but that is not what makes this place stand out…read moreto me... I recently had a family member pass away and I was extremely hysterical... My grief did not go away, bc that is just not how grief affects us, but while using the Ketamine Treatments, I felt somehow closer to my loved one whom passed on... Ketamine gave me the will to push through my emotions, even as painful as they were... I feel, so many times in life, society expects you to accept the death, take a day or two, and then just tuck away your pain inside. And we now know that grief affects your mental and physical health. For me, the Ketamine gave me an allowance to grieve when I need it most. It allowed me to cry and reflect. I still have once treatment to do, but even the last once, I felt like it had helped me work through some intense feelings... Therapy never worked for me. I don't have issues telling someone what I have done, what I need to do, and knowing the steps to take to achieve therapeutic results... but counseling never gave me what I needed, and I've tried various medications, that never worked either, including making my habits worse through medicated assistance. I will never be "cured" of grief... but I feel the Ketamine helps me explore what I know is already inside of me. I can speak to many other people, but if that doesn't click for me specifically, then speaking of the same thing over and over, is useless.. nobody can get me through my issues.... Nobody except for me and my relationship to myself... If anyone is curious about the ketamine treatment, go to My Self Wellness in Bonita Springs, Florida... Also, if you would like to reach out to me to ask any questions, feel free to contact My Self Wellness and leave your phone #, and I could give you some insight on my experience, if that would be something you would like to reach out to hear more about my experience with these Ketamine treatments. Thanks Kandra Hanchar Helping others through their grief, allows me to heal through mine, and it is never a bother. Take Care of Yourself!!
