After 12 years of renting, we were more than ready to buy a home. We just wanted to make sure we were treated fairly and with respect. After applying for a home loan and getting pre-approved, Steve Wolff was assigned to be our real estate agent. On the same day the pre-approval came through, he called us and set up a buyer's consultation at his office. To me, that was impressive. For one, the turn around time from him was quick and it was during the evening hours on a Friday, when most people are getting off and are in weekend mode.
