I would say that we definitely made a great choice in Katrice! Katrice was everything that you want in a photographer: responsive, flexible, and inventive. She took some of the things that we wanted, mixed in some more traditional elements, and then added some unique twists, though she was hating on my Fitbit during the wedding party pics! :-p She offered three different packages with a variety of included elements, which made tings easy. Payment was no hassle, with the payment dates laid out in advance and email reminders when the time came due. She sent us a nice collection of printed pictures in a fancy little gold box with all of our images on a USB drive so they are ours forever. Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, or boudoir photo shoot, you can't go wrong with Katrice.

Can't recommend Shannon Wucherer Photography enough for your photographer needs!…read more Shannon and Jen photographed our destination wedding in Mexico back in April 2016. Not only did they give us a great price, they paid amazing attention to detail leading up to the big day. They both spent a lot of time and back and forth with us to ensure we were on the same page as far as what type of pictures we wanted, with who, how many, etc. These ladies are very friendly and easy to work with, and have since become personal friends. On the big day, and days leading up to it, they were above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and getting the coverage we needed. Communication was a bit tough in Mexico seeing as our phones did not work, but they were readily available and willing to cooperate and get things done. On the day itself, they were professional, efficient, and did whatever it took to get "the shot", including Shannon practically laying in the water to get a beautiful angle of my wife and I standing on a beach cliff. She got nailed by a wave, but still got the shot, and did not care one bit! The most important part, of course, is the actual photographs, and they were AMAZING! Don't have a single complaint in the quality, the professionalism, and getting exactly what we wanted. The post-wedding transaction to get the photos was easy and straightforward, with Shannon supplying a nice wooden box with a thumb drive, and all of the photos readily available on her website. She even edited a bunch of pictures for us upon request, to get things like rogue jet-skis out of the background of a few pictures. I will end this as I began it. Now that we've had time to review our actual photos, we sadly have to update our initial review…read more Going into the wedding we were so excited to work with Chris. But once we really took a look at the photos, we realized we got very little of what we wanted. Before the event, Chris seemed meticulous. He met with us twice and asked detailed questions about our family trees, and we explained who the really super important guests were, aka the guests we wanted lots of photos with. Looking back at the pics, it seems like Chris either didn't hear the majority of our requests, or he heard them and was just too overwhelmed to handle them. During our meetings he stressed a few really important photos, like one with the groom's parents and the bride and groom, one with the bride's parents, photos of the elderly relatives whose presence at the event we'd want to cherish...also his personal favorite of the bridesmaids all looking one way and the bride, in focus, looking at the camera. Somehow, Chris failed at delivering those photos at a high quality - the ones he was passionate about. Most of them are unusable. Chris is definitely a nice guy, but his work quality wasn't what we were expecting, especially for a wedding that was essentially all in one building (no frantic driving across town, searching for parking, etc.). If you are looking for someone to shoot a very, very low key event or a wedding without many moving parts or complications, working with him will probably work. Anything higher stress than that I would recommend working with someone else.

My wedding was out of state and as you could imagine so much more stressful. She was my rescue. She shot my whole day and brought so much joy. This was the best decision I made.
