Then we were sampling their other massage chairs for sale when the actual owner came up to me and told me that this is the last time he is going to allow me to sit on his precious massage chairs. I explained that I just bought one the other day and that I'm no deadbeat. I buy things often enough that I'm not abusing his establishment or anything. He told me to go home and sit on my new chair and don't bother his other merchandise. I told him that there shall be no further business between us. Then I canceled my other purchase before delivery could tale place. He can have his precious chair back. I hope that owner sits on it and spins! If you like management who will kiss your ass one day and insult you the next. This is your store. Everyone should shop anywhere else.

In one case, they didn't have an item on the shelf that the online app said they had, so the employee went to the stockroom and found the recently delivered box of items and brought them out for me. Very friendly staff and helpful! Definitely will shop here again when I am back in Willmar.

The Target Staff was awesome. Ashley and her assistant took my bike outside and actually took the time to install my new bike carrier onto the car so I could haul bike home!!! Now that's GREAT customer service!!! They were never annoyed...just treating a guest with respect!!! I will be doing all my shopping at TARGET now because of these two remarkable employees!!!!!

I am not a regular Walmart shopper, but the ones I usually visit look like the old Kmart stores…read more However, I have to say that I am impressed by this particular Walmart, in that it is clean, modern, and easy to shop. We annually go to a cabin in this area and the best mass shopping is done at this Walmart. For our initial order, we order it online and have them load it into our car. This year there were 18 tubs of groceries we ordered! All were ready on-time, loaded into our car, and were fresh and of good quality. All items were in stock and the ONLY substitution was for caraway rye bread. They subbed non-seeded for the requested seeded. That's very, very minor. I was impressed that someone actually inspected the fresh corn (as I would do if I were shopping myself) to make sure all the ears were good. Nicely done!! For subsequent food shopping trips, we shopped directly at the store and found the items were of high quality and in stock. My only complaint is that when they shop for you, they use a gazillion plastic bags because they seem to not want to put more than one thing in a bag. For example, do I really need a separate bag for one green pepper? These bags could have been condensed by 75% and I felt like I was going to fill a landfill by the time I unbagged everything. Also, having the choice between plastic and paper would be nice.
