The staff was happy to accommodate my request to enjoy a veggie crepe. The size of the crepe was huge! In a break with the norm for dining in the Netherlands, the staff didn't look at me as though I was insane for requesting the left-overs to-go. (A disgusting habit in the eyes of most Europeans...)
