I'm not a pork chop/fillet/tenderloin fan, but this came out cooked just right. The schnitzel was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, no grease and not bitter. Perfect! The beer was cheap, cold, delicious, and local... how does that get any better? I absolutely will be back! I asked Frank (who used to work in Merino Wool industry) for his suggestion on two darkest beers in the store, they tasted great and very affordable too. 2 bottles around USD3 only ! (I drank them later that evening, not 08:00AM as my breakfast !). When I return next year for another organic food show in Nuremburg, this is my one of Must-Dos.
