My experience with StaffQuick was frustrating due to a lack of structure, inconsistent communication, and minimal training. From the start, expectations were unclear, yet employees are still expected to perform at a high level almost immediately. Most of what I learned came from figuring things out on my own rather than being properly trained or supported. One of the biggest concerns for me was the lack of transparency and consistency. It often felt like different standards were applied depending on the employee. For example, I was paid hourly while another colleague with the same responsibilities openly discussed earning both hourly pay and commission. Situations like that made the environment feel uncomfortable and raised questions about fairness. Work-life balance was also not respected. There was an ongoing expectation to stay beyond scheduled hours despite policies suggesting otherwise, which added unnecessary pressure. I'm sharing this so others have a realistic understanding before accepting a position. Based on my experience, concerns raised did not lead to meaningful change, and the overall environment felt more stressful than supportive. I'm sure the response will be the standard message asking me to reach out, but that unfortunately wasn't helpful in my experience.
