I'm really glad to have this place so close to home. They also ship equipment for those who are out of town, but I love the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off locally. The staff is friendly, and you can reserve your equipment online or over the phone. You can pick your equipment up after 3 PM the day before and it's due before noon the day after. My only complaints are the parking and no straps for the camera bodies. The parking situation is a bummer, but you can usually find somewhere to park in the street while you run in and grab your equipment as long as you don't stay there long. When I rented a camera body a couple weeks ago, they didn't include a camera strap which is just asking me to drop it. I primarily shoot with my 70-200mm, and that thing is just too heavy to constantly carry in my hand and worry about dropping. They need to include neck straps with the body rentals.

The weather ended up being horrible and I decided to rent the 20x30 pole tent (I think that was the size) and went forward with the part and it held up great in the rain. We improvised last minute by hanging clear paint drop cloths down one side of the tent to keep rain from blowing in on the food tables. We also hung outdoor string lights all around the perimeter and across the middle poles with zip ties and it looked awesome. The kids ended up not getting to use the bounce house bc of the rain but it was a great price as a package so I didn't regret renting it just in case. The guys who came to set it up the day before were awesome and super accommodating when I made them adjust the tent location a couple times (before setting it up haha). Loved the products and the service! Great business. We will definitely use these guys again. Thank you!
