The Ultimate Party Store was the perfect place to rent from for my son's graduation. I rented 2 rectangular tables and one round and 18 chairs. We also rented a jenga. We live out of town and we were having a graduation party in Nashville. They were excellent and easy to order from. Also we rented two outdoor heaters that they delivered and picked up. Their website is easy to use - you can select what you need for your event and add it your request for a quote. Daniel responded in a couple of hours with an estimate, and we went back and forth over a few emails to nail down exactly what I needed for the event. All of my questions were answered promptly and proficiently. The week of the event, I was able to coordinate with the team to ensure a timely delivery. They worked with me to ensure that I would have a decent heads-up when they were on their way with our rentals. I can't figure out why this place charges $35 for 4 balloons, and 2 of them deflated in less than a week. Save your money and go to the dollar tree for balloons. Theirs last SO much longer, this place is quite the rip off for balloons read more

In the day and age where Amazon can get you everything to your door, it's hard to find locally owned businesses. The Ultimate Party Store is here to fix that, I came in and was initially skeptical seeing the similar things you'd get at a Party City or something. After walking through I saw how wrong I was, they have inflatable rentals, and many other things to consider for larger events. In the second room it's full with School spirit items, Costume accessories and actual costumes. What got me more than the things they had for sale was the people. The day I went in I had lost my voice and wasn't able to speak with them, instead I had a piece of paper and a pen helping me communicate with the staff. Oh my goodness gracious... I had such an heartwarming and awesome experience with Ultimate Party Super Store! I purchased an exact replica of the plaid shirt Eleven wore (of Stranger Things- fame), but shortly after I placed the order, I had to cancel it; I then emailed the address from the website to do so. The following day, I received an email from Daniel informing me that they had unfortunately already shipped the item before noticing my email. He was super apologetic and even suggested to "return to sender" when UPS delivered it, so they could refund me. That said, a few days later, I was able to catch the UPS driver as he was approaching my front door to deliver the package, but despite me physically handing it back to him to "return to sender", it ended up in a pile of packages on my doorstep the very next day! Early today, I called the store directly and the friendly employee who answered the phone quickly got Daniel for me. He remembered exactly who I was, which was already impressive, and proceeded to come up with another solution after I shared with him the whole UPS "return to sender" escapade. I surely was not expecting what happened next: He told me to keep the item and he would send me a full refund because he felt "it was their fault". A few hours later, I got a text from my bank informing me that I had received a refund. I am still astounded at such a kind gesture and will definitely hit them up in the future and I have already started spreading the word :) Merci, Ultimate Party Super Store! We have a BBQ every year with lots of folks from near and far and having you set up the tent in the perfect location plus make sure the tables, chairs and the fans were placed just right was wow. Under the tent was perfect with the placement of the fans and all 52 of my guests loved it. And Mr. John thank you for sending the artificial grass, you remembered me saying I was allergic and that I stayed on driveway. Very disappointed in this company. We ordered a 30 x 70 tent for a wedding reception and 200 glasses to be delivered to our venue (60 miles round trip). We had to rent other items since it was an outdoor wedding. One week before the wedding, this company called and said their only tent was ripped and couldn't be repaired before the wedding. Even though we were refunded the tent cost, we had to drive to get glasses (it was too late to find them elsewhere) and move the reception indoors. It cost us deposits on other things we had to cancel plus gas/time to go get the glasses on the day of the wedding. The dream wedding our children worked so hard to create was marred by this company's cancellation. read more

i recently ordered 92 dollars worth of balloons for my male friend and had them delivered. 1st thing they did wrong was add a balloon with the name sarah on it. 2nd thing they did wrong was they literally asked my friend if he ordered balloons. Of course he said 'no' because it was suppose to be a surprise. Delivery person had to go back to the truck to make sure the order address was correct. ridiculous.... i wont order from them again. read more
