Since it was our first escape room, we chose Cosmic Crisis, and I think it was the perfect introduction. The staff was amazing, especially the general manager. He greeted us, explained everything, and made us feel confident going into our mission. I'm SO glad they offer unlimited hints because we definitely needed them! We used the entire 60 minutes and literally finished with only seconds left on the clock. The space was also very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. It's located in a mall plaza, so there's plenty of parking, lots of stores, and food options nearby. Overall, such a fun experience. Be ready to run, sweat, jump, crawl, and climb - I have bruises on my legs lol The rooms are really immersive - if you're in a jail themed room you can expect low lighting and crawlspaces. If you're in an army themed room you can expect to be speedy, climbing, or seeing flashing lights. The door colors tell you the level of physical activity so you can just do chill mental challenges if you wanted to. Two parts of each room - figure out the objective, and then actually complete it. If you fail you can exit the room and line up for it again (it goes quick) or go to another room. You can also ask a worker for hints. It gets hot in there quickly if you're doing physical activity challenges (some rooms are hotter and smellier than others) - but there are drinking fountains on the main level and fans blowing in the hallways. Make sure to wear comfortable activewear and shoes!

Our friends have been here before so they knew exactly where to go. This location is in a complex with other businesses and its in the back of the building. There are quite a few different game options and time slots to choose from. We chose the Bomb Squad game. A bomb is hidden in the city and time is ticking. Our mission was to find the bomb and defuse it before it's too late. All of their rooms are private so when we booked a game, it's just us and our team with no strangers. It was easy to book and pay for our room online. When we arrived, they showed us where the bathrooms were down the hallway in the building. The lobby is pretty simple with a few seats and a description of the game rooms. We were then escorted to our room. The rules were explained to us by our game master and then the 60 minute timer started. The puzzles required team building, communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. We escaped with 5 minutes and 45 seconds left. It was a lot of fun. The game master gave us helpful hints to keep us progressing through the game. We can't wait to come back and try another room.
