Lifetime products can be seen from the freeway, and Rocky Mountain Stone is across the street and North of Lifetime. OK, here it is...we were new to stone products and were not sure where to go. We went here based on a flyer we received from The Home Depot. Rocky Mountain has a nice showroom showing a wide variety of their products. We needed a small amount of faux stone for a fireplace surround. The nice associate helped us view the various options. We purchased 22 square feet of stone and we were pleasantly suprised by the low cost. The assoicate offered help as far as instullation and maintaincae of the stone. We got the stone installed and we are very pleased!

They had a great selection of reclaimed but then I saw some new stock walnut and fell in love with the look. It took me about 45 mins to decide the type and sizes/thicknesses I wanted. I changed my mind several time and they never seemed put out or frustrated to deal with me. In fact they gave me tons of information I didn't even know about lumber. For the third time after being told we were getting concrete, Mitch pulled the concrete from us…read more We had arranged to get it elsewhere an magically we were put on the schedule. So we cancelled our other arrangment and then the day of the scheduled pour it was cancelled again. Left voicemails and texts, and no response. I see concrete being poured everywhere but apparently our job isn't big enough or important enough. I don't mind being told we cannot get it and therefore we have to make other plans. What is rediculous is being told we would get it, make those plans, and then have it cancelled. This is a classic example of super poor business practices that are allowed because there isn't any competition. They give concrete to big contractors, cities, friends, etc. but the average Joe and the attached contractors just sit and struggle to survive. I will live without the concrete, but can my contractor really survive like this? When the average Joe cannot get quality concrete workers make sure to include Jack B. Parsons companies as a major reason why. Oh and the "we don't have any powder" nonsense is only believable if no one is getting concrete. My city is pouring massive amounts everyday. This is a classic example of scratching the back of the big boys and screwing the rest. Again fine if you were just honest about it.

The shipment arrived and was apparently outsourced from a third party. Thank heavens the CEO of the company responded to my letters and resolved the return of the shipment finally! Despite what happened, I would consider doing business with this company again because they took responsibility for their mistake and apologized sincerely.
