4/13/26 was my first experience with electrical technicians. We suspected a problem with wiring, or a circuit was interfering with our dishwasher. We looked at reviews and Staley was an easy choice. The technicians were skilled, thorough in diagnosis, and thoughtful about prevention of future problems such as previous wiring errors in the switch panel relating to the dishwasher, and more. Very professional and excellent service. I had extra plugs installed and lights replaced on a two story open den ceiling.

You know a company's customer service sucks when the lady answering the phones tells you "there's nothing we can do". YES, There is plenty you can do!! Apparently trying to get a scheduled 4pm appointment on any given day is simply impossible and cannot be done by human beings and weekend options are non-existent. So not only would I be paying a company for a service, but I'd have to lose a day's pay from work to be home for the appointment time that is convenient for THEM. Absolute bullshit!!! read more

I contacted Staley Electric Co. to install a transfer switch so I could operate a portable generator if with out electric power. One of their representatives contacted me and came out to give me a price quote for the materials and labor for the job. A week later I was contacted by Staley and set up a time to do the install. I was very pleased by the the two electricians that came to install the transfer switch. They suggested a different way to install that did away with running conduit on my house. I noticed that they took no breaks and finished the job in minimal time. Yes, I would use Staley Electric again. Bobby read more
