The person that answers the phone is not helpful nor knowledgeable about the business only directs you to the website and couldn't answer simple questions only directs like do they pump septic tanks or just clean out pipes! Wouldn't recommend! read more

Called and was told I would get a return text in "availability," so I could schedule an appointment. Text response back - "We are completely booked. Sorry for the inconvenience. Affordable Rooter Service " Did not say for day, week, month. Did not ask if I wanted to schedule something at a later date. Moving on to someone who actually cares and actually provides customer service!!! read more

Tyler did an awesome job. I worked on it for 3 days, bought tools, climbed under the house, and got crap everywhere! Tyler had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes and the clog cleared in 15 more. Don't waste your time and money trying to do it yourself. You're just going to waste your money and piss off your wife! I highly recommend this company. read more

This was very fast service done professionally. The cost was very reasonable and the communication was great. The phone application they use for communication works perfectly on my iPhone, and it is not downloaded to the phone. Highly recommended drain and rooter service. read more

We couldn't have asked for more friendly or affordable service. Brad was kind and professional and had our problem fixed in a short amount of time. We have used other Rooter services before and this company has provided the best service with the most reasonable price. We didn't meet Brent but I can't imagine him beating Brad's charm or skills!! read more

I was lead plumber for a large contracting company in Iraq for three years. After returning to the states, I learned drain cleaning from the largest and most experienced drain cleaning company in southern California. I returned home to Arkansas to start my business. The knowledge I have accumulated over the years has put me ahead of the competition. I love this business.

Top notch service! My first septic tank, and the first time having it pumped. Even though the…read moreinitial appointment did not go great, the follow up appointment more than made up for it. Initial service appt.- The service technician rolled up on his phone speaking to a family member or SO, looking for another job, discussing various job postings, and just overall not very interested in providing the service. The first issue was that he didn't know enough about septic tanks to locate an access lid, or at least one that would open (it was winter and the ground was frozen), and I had never gone through the process. Hoping to still get the tank pumped, I threw on my bibs and crawled under the deck, digging for another lid. The Tech was not very helpful with this. I finally located the lid, but it was frozen, so then I began filling buckets of hot water to melt the ice. Tech went back to his phone call. I eventually had to give up because the lid was just getting damaged any time he attempted to lift it. I told him I'd call to reschedule when the temps increased. Follow-up - I spoke with or emailed one of the owners regarding what happened during the service visit and needing to reschedule. She was shocked by the tech's behavior and put me back on the schedule for the soonest possible date. I think a day or two before the new appt. the second owner (they're sisters) called for a quick run-down, and to let me know that she herself would be out to pump my tank. They kept me updated throughout the process and even taught me a couple of things about living on septic. Finally, and the initial reason I chose Dependable Waste Solutions as my service provider is despite being located out in Cabot, their price beat out all the other septic service companies I called, even the local ones 5-10 minutes from my house. I only had to schedule during a normal route day in my area, and I was able to avoid any travel fees. I highly recommend them, and will be bringing my future business here, or rather, I will most definitely have them pumping my future business once full.

Phillip is the owner and Chris was with him they both were very knowledgeable about their job, and explained every step to me, I'm a bit curious and hung around the whole time, it prob would irritate someone else, but they were more than happy to answer my ongoing questions. :) I called them in the morning as we woke up to overflowing toilets, and they were at our house before the day was over! Right before a holiday weekend, I was so grateful, and happy with their service. They also gave us some needed education (that we asked for) on maintaining our septic to minimize future problems. After their careful investigation, the problem was diagnosd as a leak in the copper pipe feeding the bathroom's sink: that leak was dripping inside the wall and flowing down into the ground below. Working smoothly together, the two men stopped the leak and put a new pipe into place. They carefully cleaned up their work, including beneath the cabinet under the sink. We were very impressed and satisfied with the skill and professionalism we witnessed. McFadden Plumbing is now our go-to plumber!

I called Affordable Rooter Service and they came out the very next day. From the first phone call to the last, he was professional and extremely nice. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. He told me the exact problem, what the steps were to fix it, and also kept in contact with me throughout on the prices. These guys are excellent. I ran into them in Home Depot, saw their shirts and they were nice enough to answer a few questions before I was even a customer. We had friends in town and our main line was clogged, so we needed help immediately. After hours on a holiday, these guys showed up at our house within 10 minutes of leaving the store and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. They were professional, quick to diagnose and treat the problem and gave me a great price. I will definitely use them again and refer all of my friends. You should too. read more

Affordable Rooter Service is top shelf! Unfortunately, we have had a number of plumbing services in our home. In the future, if Brent at Affordable Rooter is available, he will be our call. His personality is the epitome of charismatic. He makes the nastiest of jobs pleasant! Brent is clearly competent and has impeccable manners. He is enthusiastic and energetic. My service guy's name was Brent and I couldnt have asked for better service. We called around 8 am and they were out in less than 2 hours. The weather was horrible and he had the best attitude, was quick at finding the problem, had it fixed in no time. I cant say enough about how pleased we are with our service.
