Compare that to their competition that can offer fifty to over a hundred entertainers. If a new management firm or exotic club magnate were to invest, that'd be the best option to save IS. Rick's come through! The downward spiral continues to drag this club down the rabbit hole to extinction. **If you wonder why some folks give them four stars or more, one word. Grind.
