I tried this location for the first time and my therapist was Jonny. He did a great job at addressing my concerns and overall had a relaxing experience. Compared to other massage businesses, I think that Siena's pricing is fantastic and fair. Their staff is always so nice and welcoming. When you arrive, you are always offered something to drink - water, Bellini, etc. The space itself is very clean, calming, and open.

I was hopeful, given the lovely lobby and the nice glass of wine I had before the massage. But unfortunately, it was the most disappointing massage I've ever had. The therapist was friendly enough, but it was almost as if they didn't want to touch me with any kind of force or strength (or maybe at all), even though I requested moderate/firm on the form I filled out, and I told them they could go harder during the massage. Much of it felt like they had no clue what they were doing, and left lots of major muscles untouched. I left feeling mostly the same as when I went in. I've had much better massages for much less money. I left the person a generous tip, because that's who I am, especially around the holidays, but I immediately regretted it. I only gave it three stars because of the lovely receptionist and ambiance.

I initially sought treatment for what I believed was a frozen left shoulder. After completing 12…read moresessions of SoftWave therapy without improvement in my range of motion, I began physical therapy. My therapist recommended massage therapy to help release the severe muscle tightness around my scapula, armpit, and collarbone. My session with Naomi was excellent. She took the time to understand my pain, limitations, and restricted range of motion. While some of the work was painful due to the extent of my muscle tightness, she was skilled, patient, and respectful of my boundaries throughout the session. She managed to effectively address problem areas without pushing beyond what I could tolerate. Because of how positive the experience was, I signed up for a monthly membership and scheduled a longer follow-up session with Naomi. The facility itself was clean, quiet, and relaxing, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, shortly afterward I learned that my shoulder issue was more serious than originally thought. Imaging revealed a torn ligament that will require surgery. As a result, I called to cancel my membership since I would not be able to receive massage therapy for an extended period while awaiting surgery and recovery. When I called, I explained my medical situation to the receptionist. She told me my membership would be canceled and even wished me a successful surgery and recovery. However, I was later charged for another month. When I called back, I was informed that cancellation requires a separate form and signature. This information was never provided during my initial cancellation call. My concern is not with the quality of the massage services or Naomi, who was wonderful. My concern is the inconsistency in information provided regarding membership cancellation. If you decide to sign up for a membership, make sure you obtain all cancellation requirements in writing and confirm that any necessary forms have been completed. Depending on who you speak with, you may receive different information. It is frustrating to be charged for services that I am medically unable to use, especially after making a good-faith effort to cancel the membership when I learned surgery was necessary.

Julie was recommended by the receptionist since it was my first time there. I had a facial with Julien and truly appreciated her bubbly and friendly attitude -- she made me feel welcome right away. That said, the facial itself needs significant improvement. While the room was clean, my skin was not properly cleansed at the beginning of the treatment, which did not create a good foundation for the rest of the service. The overall atmosphere also lacked relaxation, which is an important part of the experience. Unfortunately, this was the least satisfying facial I've had. The treatment would benefit from a much more thorough cleanse to start, as a lot of product was layered onto the skin. The steam was not functioning evenly and only reached one side of my face, which affected both comfort and results. Additionally, the massage pressure was extremely light -- to the point where it was difficult to tell if a massage was being performed. Overall, the facial lacked structure, confidence, and a sense of professionalism. While Julien has a friendly demeanor and potential, she would benefit from more hands-on training or mentorship to refine her technique and consistency.

All you have to do is tell her you've just been on a long flight.... or that you sit in a chair in front of a computer for 10 hours a day... or that you've been doing a lot of work at your house and are sore... She'll find it and fix it! Even if you don't feel something out of whack, she always seems to find something that you didn't know needed to be worked out...and you leave feeling so much better than when you arrived! And ladies who are "blessed" up top -- Karen has a great chest pillow for when you're lying face down. If you've been to other massage places, you probably know most of them aren't that thoughtful. That one thing makes ALL the difference in comfort. She's easy to schedule with, and reschedule if needed. You can book with her or online.
